Poor quality
The hygiene is completely unacceptable. The ventilation is incredibly weak, leaving the air stale and heavy with a strong sweat smell. The whole place feels deeply unhygienic and is clearly not cleaned properly or often enough.
The space itself is incredibly claustrophobic. The premises are small, with exercise stations packed so tightly together that it’s often hard to even walk past someone who is working out.
The equipment matches the environment. It is old, frequently damaged, and repair times are notoriously slow—if they happen at all. The barbell plates are a mismatched, cheap collection that feels like it was bought from a local flea market.
To top it off, customer care is almost nonexistent. During my time here, I only saw a steady decline, never any improvements. When I finally canceled, they couldn't have cared less. Save yourself the frustration and train somewhere else.
If they wanted to bankrupt their gym, they wouldn't act any differently. I tried hard to like this place for almost a year, but they did everything to repel me. I've already warned all my friends not to go here, and now I am warning the public.
