Staff could have been friendlier, I did not feel acknowledged when walking into the store. It was quite messy. Beautiful dresses and good quality items, though.

Worst returns policy ever. AVOID THIS BRAND otherwise you will lose money on their terrible refund policy. They would not even allow me to exchange for a larger size! What a joke! This company is a SCAM.

Do not shop here, my original order never originated an invoice so making the return has been impossible, I paid for express to make sure the return was done in a timely manner, they have said several times they have received the item and will process the refund but it’s been several weeks with no progress, do not shop here

I was so excited when I first found Bec + Bridge but once my order arrived, the material was cheap and didn’t reflect the cost of the items. Every single item I ordered was cheap material! I tried to return them but they wouldn’t let me! Terrible customer service and I’m out $400! Worst clothing company I’ve EVER ordered from!

Several mess ups with my order and my return still hasn’t been processed.
Despite taking up the offer to cancel my order due to delays at their warehouse, they still charged me and sent the order. Communications have been really slow and painful. Sent my return back 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything

Do not buy if international.
Took me 1 month and a half to get my 700£ refund back.
The process was slow, painful and anxiety provoking and you have to pay and buy your own shipping label. Really really bad process. Don’t bother!!!!

If you’re international do not buy from B&B. When exchanging items it took over 6 weeks and multiple follow ups to customer service. You also have to pay for returns which is 30£ on top of there already expensive dresses. They then made errors with the sizing and shipped the incorrect sizing dress back after a 6 week wait. They hold no accountability as an organization to remediate the issues.

Poor quality garments at extortionate pricing. Bought a pair of silk pants in the warehouse sale, wore them once for 3 hours at a work dinner function with minimal movement and the seam on the bum has started to open up. It’s been less than 3 months since the pants were purchased; however, got some BS response about too long having passed to over any solution. Gross.

Purchased a dress from here which retails at £320. The quality was shocking with several loose threads, unlined zips and ill fitting fabric. Could buy this poor quality on the high street for a fraction of the price. This is a fast fashion buy with a designer price tag. So disappointed!
