Beaverbrooks - Hull Arvostelua

Leanne is a real asset to the Beaverbrooks store. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and approachable without ever being pushy or making the experience feel false or forced.

She took the time to understand my personal tastes, what I liked and, just as importantly, what I didn’t like. Rather than simply showing me the obvious choices, Leanne suggested options I hadn’t even considered, opening my mind to something completely different.

Her knowledge, genuine approach, and ability to listen made the whole experience enjoyable and ultimately led to an unexpected but very welcome purchase!

It’s a real pleasure to receive this level of customer service. Leanne struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, making me feel valued as a customer without any pressure to buy.

Thank you, Leanne, for such a positive experience. You are a credit to Beaverbrooks, and your approach to customer service deserves to be recognised.

The staff are always very helpful & knowledgeable.
Always enjoy the experience of browsing in the shop.
Jonathan always gives us the time and his expertise if undecided about any jewellery.

Jamie at Beaverbrooks Hull was fantastic today when I visited the store to enquire about exchanging an engagement ring I'd recently bought for my partner. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make the process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the store. Thank you, Jamie!
