I was buying a pair of earrings for my partner as a birthday present surprise. The staff were very accommodating and had a very good positive attitude to help along with a lovely smile
Very helpful staff who did not rush us into making a decision, but took her time showing the earrings.

Didn’t feel rushed at all - picking out some lovely pieces
I came in prior to a birthday as I knew I was going to get vouchers for my birthday and I wanted to plan what I was going to get. The young lady (can’t remember her name) spent a lot of time choosing a ring and a necklace for me. I had set ideas and the items needed to go with existing jewellery. Her advice was invaluable. I chose 3 pieces and put down a deposit and picked up the pieces after my birthday. Very happy with the service, the price and the items.

Amazing!
We had such a lovely experience and we will never forget it. The lady who took care of us was absolutely adorable and understood straight away who we were, what we wanted and what we could afford. We highly recommend the branch in bluewater, it will always be our first jewellery shop to go to.

Bluewater branch
Staff helpful in Bluewater shop, however they don't stock the watch in the particular branch they did offer to order it in which would take a couple of days,.but we decided to just order online with the same time frame or next day.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! Aaliyah was incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive to my needs. I visited with my daughter, who was also impressed by Aaliyah’s warm hospitality while I was shopping. She made the whole experience enjoyable and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Aaliyah is a real asset to the business, and her excellent customer service deserves to be recognised.
