I would like to share my experience with BeautyWellness.ca following a recent purchase.
I was searching for a birthday gift for a friend and decided on a high-quality clipper and trimmer set, specifically the BaBylissPRO Duo Ergonomic Clipper & Trimmer. When I checked the manufacturer’s website, the product was unfortunately out of stock. However, I came across the same item on BeautyWellness.ca at a discounted price.
Before making a purchase, I reviewed customer feedback about the company and found that the majority of reviews were positive. This gave me the confidence to proceed with my order. During the process, I encountered a minor issue related to delivery timing. I contacted the company and spoke with Alex, who provided excellent customer service. He was attentive, understood my concern clearly, and resolved the issue promptly.

I had a defect with the babyliss lo-pro compact that I ordered and I’ve very rarely experienced this level of customer service. I got an answer on a Saturday, which I was not expecting at all, but it showed that they really care about their products and clientele. I sent back the clipper and received a new one within a week. Couldn’t be happier with the communication!

At first, I was very enthusiastic about the product and placed several orders. However, I was deeply disappointed with my most recent order, as the product’s performance did not meet expectations. I contacted the company by email, and one of the representatives promptly reached out to me.
I discovered that once a product is sold, it cannot be returned unless it is defective. Therefore, I advise others to be cautious and avoid rushing into a purchase, especially since we cannot see the product in person and only rely on advertisements and pictures.
That said, I must mention that the person I spoke with was extremely respectful and polite. Unfortunately, despite the poor performance of the product, I am now forced to keep it and dispose of it because of its low quality and unsatisfactory performance.

Excellent service and great quality product! The trimmer machine arrived brand new, clean, and well packaged. The machine feels very high quality, works perfectly, and exceeded my expectations. Shipping was smooth, and I also appreciated that they provided tracking updates throughout the delivery process until the package arrived at my house.
