After creating my account and trying to login with my new password the system didn’t recognize me. Had to try several times . Also would be nice if we could also change our username. Other than that I love the number of benefits I get as a professional . They will certainly come in handy . Coverage is reasonable and very affordable .

Forgot to apply $20 coupon, contacted customer service & was told that it will be refunded. Did not hear from them for a week so contacted through email & still no response. Worst customer service

It was easy to set up
It was easy to set up, though, I didn't get as explicit of a description of the limitations and inclusions covered by the insurance as I would have liked. I kind of had to dig for that. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with my switch so far. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent! I had quite a few questions about coverage and Jacob Manners was kind enough to walk me through and explain as well as sending me an email to look over. This is a company I would want backing me if any mishaps were to take place. I’m very confident I would receive the care needed to safeguard my business.
