I wouldn't recommend buying from this website. I ordered some skincare products, but the scent and packaging were different from what I had purchased before. After emailing customer service, they assured me the items were authentic and suggested checking the batch code. Thanks to their reminder, I checked and found they were indeed genuine—but they were from two or three years ago. If you don’t mind purchasing older stock, then this site might work for you.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced some problems with the products you ordered.
We always follow FIFO, First In, First Out. This means when we get new stock of something we still have on stock, then the new gets put behind the orders to ensure we have a natural flow in the products. I have also checked up on the products you ordered and I can see we got them on stock August last year.
Of course it is always important for us that the products we sell are fine and if something should be wrong we have a claims department who can look into it. Depending on what the problem is they might need to get the product in their hands e.g. if something is wrong with the scent. Other times they can check the problem through a picture or video.
Either way we always strive to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible to ensure our customers' happiness.
I can see you have not replied to our last e-mail. If you want us to look into it further please reply and answer our questions in the e-mail.

Ok, maar niet meer dan dat
Duurde langer dan verwacht voordat ik de items kreeg. Dhl zei dat het bezorgd was, maar ik kreeg hem pas 2 dagen later.
Items waren op zich prima, maar zien eruit alsof het in een doos heen en weer geschud is. Voor gebruik maakt dat niet uit.

Makkelijk bestellen en betalen, snelle levering van product wat bij weinige webshops of winkels verkrijgbaar is.
Had al eerder het zelfde besteld en betaald, product was toen niet leverbaar, kreeg paar dagen mijn geld weer terug, Top geweldige service !!!!!

Beautycos laat klant voor vervoerskosten opdraaien als vervoerder fouten maakt bij bezorgen.
Ik ben 3 keer naar het Dpd afleverpunt geweest om mijn pakket op te halen, telkens kreeg ik te horen dat het er niet was…. Toen kreeg ik van beatycos het bericht dat pakket weer terug in Denemarken was! Ik kon het weer op laten sturen voor 2 keer 8,95 (heen en terug) Als ik afstand deed van het pakket krijg ik geld terug min 1 keer 8,95 voor het foutief terugsturen. Ik voel me twee keer gedupeerd. Heb geen producten en moet fout Dpd betalen. Beautycos heeft geen klantvriendelijkheid

Ik heb je om meer informatie gevraagd omdat ik je bestelling niet kan vinden op basis van je naam. Helaas heb je niet gereageerd op dat verzoek en daarom is het moeilijk voor mij om je te helpen.
Als het verzendbedrijf een fout heeft gemaakt, helpen we je natuurlijk graag om een zaak met hen te beginnen. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat onze klanten hun pakket correct ontvangen.

Slechte klachten behandeling
Nadat ik een klacht over een defecte spuitmond van een dure haarmousse bij dit bedrijf uitte, krijg ik als antwoord dat ik dan de dop van de vorige bus maar gebruiken moet. Bewaren jullie altijd een lege bus van een product? Ik niet. Dus de "oude" dop heb ik niet voorhanden. Erg slechte klachten afhandeling.Er wordt NIETS met je klacht gedaan!

Vanwege duurzaamheids overwegingen bestel ik vaak 4 bussen van hetzelfde (dure) haarproduct. Pas in November ben ik daarom aan de laatste bus toe. Inderdaad plaatste ik de order in juli, dan nóg verwacht ik een goede klachtenafhandeling!!!
Nogmaals: die is bij Beautycos ERG SLECHT!
Geen aanrader lieve mensen. Besteed je geld ergens anders!

I have checked our packing video for your order and I agree that there should have been more paper in the box. We would also normally have done that but I guess it went a bit too quickly with the packing of your order. I have forwarded this to our packing manager so they can talk with the packer and remind them of the importante to ensure the products cannot move around in the box.
From your review it sounds like the products was intact and we hope you are satisfied with them.
