I never received my order or a refund
I never received my order or a refund. The customer service is useless. I’ve sent more than 10 emails and every time they have a different excuse to justify themselves. It’s been more than one month and I haven’t received the package or a refund. Not serious company, stay away and save your money!

Hi Angela, as shared on email, Italian customs have the package and you need to pay customs tax in order to have this released to you. This is explained in our delivery page on our website; https://beautyandseoul.co.uk/pages/delivery
Since Brexit, orders may be subject to more lengthy clearance times for EU customers and also may incur a tax to be released to you, such as has occurred in this case.
We cannot refund you until all items are returned to us as this is our policy; so unfortunately, if you are unwilling to pay the customs tax then we will need to wait for Italian customs to return the package to the sender (us) and we will refund you at that time.

Terrible communication
I have not received the order despite post office tracking saying it has been delivered. I have contacted beauty and Seoul on three separate occasions now and have had no response

Non existent customer service
If you are ordering, make sure you are ordering the right item. I accidentally ordered the same item twice and was trying to cancel one of them but I have had no answers. I have tried their facebook messenger, instagram and email but no one answered. So yeah... right product but non existent customer service. It was not like i am cancelling all of my orders, i was just trying to cancel one because it was a repeated order i made by mistake. And i even messaged them within 2 hours of realising i had ordered the item twice
