Products arrived quick and well packed. I‘ve been trying out Joseon products for a week now and although I have sensitive skin it feels soft and well nourished, so they work for me.

I've been shopping with Beauty & Seoul for about 5 years now and ever since my first discovery of the site thanks to Maree's guide to the 7 step Korean skincare routine, I have never shopped anywhere else for my skin products save physical shops when I've needed something urgently and been in an area with a shop.
The products are always high quality and the free samples in every order, no matter the cost of your order, mean you almost always discover something that works for you. I've got a few holy grails (Klairs Gentle Black Cleansing Oil, Isntree Hyaluronic Toner + Moisturiser Cream, AHA/BHA Corsx Toner, among others) that I wouldn't have discovered worked for me had I not got them in samples.
You'll always get a thank you card with the samples which is definitely mass produced but still something lovely, and in my most recent order, Maree herself had hand written a thank you and sent a full size House of Dohwa Pumpkin Mask which is gonna become a new favourite with how well its work for me.
Normally I just review and recommend through word of mouth, but I've shopped here for long enough and indulged in so many products that I absolutely can't not recommend them here.
