Absolutely amazing, from the customer service, to the choices of products and good prices, to fast delivery, I could not fault. I made an accident on my order so sent them an email and within an hour it was resolved and they even put my 2 orders into one a refunded my delivery straight away, this was out of work hours as well so I really wasn't expecting a response. Really friendly and helpful, you can tell there is a lot of love in this business and they really care about the products. Will only purchase my skin care from now on from them.
Not to mention Everytime I've made an order I've received so many free samples, this time I got 5 samples and a free full sized laka lip tint, something I never would of brought for myself but now I've got 3 other colours in my basket and it's my new holy grail lip product.
