Dear Marta,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the delay in dispatching your order. Unfortunately, one item was temporarily unavailable at the manufacturer, which caused a short delay. This is not our usual practice, but in rare cases, it can happen and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Your order was placed on January 20, dispatched on January 27, and delivered by DHL Express on February 2, which is within the normal international delivery timeframe once shipped.
Regarding customs fees, these charges are set entirely by the authorities of your country and are outside of our control. We clearly inform customers in multiple places on our website about possible customs duties for international orders. Our store openly operates from Romania, and this information is fully transparent you knowingly placed an international order for Romanian products shipped from Romania.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your understanding.
Kind regards,
Perspective Skin.Care Team

Quality products, good prices
Really happy with the possibility of buying well known qualitative Romanian herbal medicines online, without having to ask family members to send it to the Netherlands. I needed fresh Calendula extract balm (alifie de galbenele) for my son`s hand wound. I have been using this ointment for decades, but the one I had was long ago expired. In May 2024 I received products with an expiration date of December 2026. Fast delivery, great Romanian product range, good prices. I highly recommend this shop!
