Don't order from them!

I ordered a product from here and received and incorrect product. I tried to contact the company at least 15 times by phone, a few times by email and also through their customer service email on their website. Nobody ever called me back. I finally got in touch with them and they just said they couldn't help me because I was past the 30 days. I asked to speak with a manager and he was rude to me. I am not sure how they stay in business.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
First of all, if they were going to cancel my order anyways don't make me call. Second of all, the representative was extremely rude and made no intention to help me figure out why payment didn't go through.
Website sent me an email saying there was an issue with my payment and asked me to call. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. He started the conversation by interrogating me whether I was placing the order on behalf of a company and whether I was using a corporate card instead of personal, and I was absolutely not doing any of that. Then quickly he said he couldn't help me and he is going to cancel the order. I double checked my bank information. Confirming that i had both enough money and the correct billing information, I still don't know why my payment didn't process.

We need competition online

I was looking for a product which was discontinued on the big sites including Amazon and Walmart. I found it on Walgreens, Bed Bath and Beyond and Jet - but the base price was 90% higher, ranging from $28.99 to $31.99, whereas Beautance had it listed at only $15.99. And each site was charging shipping and taxes extra.

I figured that even if I paid the $5.99 shipping on Beautance, my total of $21.99 was far less than the majors and I ordered it. And there was no sales tax collected.

I just placed the order and it was a breeze - I hope that receiving and returns will be equally good.
