Bear Mattress Arvostelua 

Customer service is essentially non-existent. They will lie about when things ship (like sending a tracking number, but nothing actually shipping for 5 days). Then part of my order didn't show up (it was 2 items and 1 tracking number, but only 1 item in the box). Literally impossible to get ahold of a human being. This was to be my second bear mattress, but customer service has gone so far downhill that its going back and I will be looking elsewhere.

Total crap process, wait times and completley non existent customer service. Avoid them at all costs...

Made our purchase online. We are returning customers. We lost our bear mattress’s during hurricane Ian in Fort Myers. We moved to Florida and wanted to repurchase the same mattress’s.

The ordering process was simple and straightforward. Communication has been good so far, but I have not received the mattress yet, so I cannot comment on the delivery or the product itself.

This BEAR mattress is phenomenal. I have no more back or shoulder pain nor ‘tired body’ upon waking. I wish I would have known about this brand earlier! Really. Also, the waterproof cover keeps the mattress protected from EVERYTHING. I really mean it… from kid-barf to Great Dane pee. I love it!

I bought my first bear mattress after a bit of reasearch online. i thought i would try them out and wasn't disappointed. I am a heavier guy and the original mattress has been very comfortable for years. Now that it is time to get a new mattress i came back. getting a comfortable mattress delivered to my door is the best option for my schedule.

During my online research, I came across many positive reviews about Bear mattresses. After comparing the price with other luxury brands, I decided to go with Bear. The information provided during the purchasing process was sufficient.

Ordered a Bear Elite Hybrid mattress and Bear Foundation (Queen) on 7/13, order #277472. The foundation arrived 7/19, but the mattress never shipped on time: ten days out there was still no tracking or carrier, two emails (7/20, 7/21) got no substantive reply, and when I called on 7/23 neither the rep nor her manager could give me a tracking number, carrier, or delivery estimate. Fulfillment and communication were genuinely poor. To their credit, once it escalated a customer-experience manager stepped in quickly, issued a full refund, and was gracious about the foundation. Docking heavily for the process, restoring some for the recovery. Two stars

I had high hopes for this product, but it just didn’t live up to my expectations. The quality felt a bit off, especially for the price I paid. I also noticed that the stitching was coming apart after just a few uses, which was really disappointing. Plus, the delivery took longer than promised, which added to my frustration. I wanted to love it, but I can't ignore these issues. I wish I could recommend it, but I just can’t.

I ordered the Original Bear mattress and I can’t believe how much better I’m sleeping. I use to toss and turn all night, and I didn’t even realize it. I sleep hard and I really do feel refreshed after sleeping on this mattress. My job is labor intensive and I noticed an immediate improvement in my sleep and recovery. Amazing! I went ahead and ordered my kids the Cub mattresses, should get them any day. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase.
