Easy and efficient. Abdul was excellent.
I took out a life insurance policy with beagle street many years ago. However, as time went on I decided I needed an extra level of cover to make sure my mortgage was covered, just incase.
Abdul was excellent, within half hour I had secured a new policy to go along with my other policy which its combined value made sure my mortgage amount was covered in the event of something happening to me. Very easy and straightforward.

I just received my payout of a critical…
I just received my payout of a critical illness payment early October. The process was very straight forward submitted all my evidence and documents in July and beagle street done all the work of contacting who they needed for verification. They updated me through the process thoroughly couldn’t recommend them enough. Made life abit easier after a cancer diagnosis and only being 31 while also expecting my third baby. Thank you again and shout out to Alex who kept me updated through emails.

Awful company ,I've never been sent any confirmation for the insurance I bought only links to register which do not work when you click on them ,but they have taken the first payment no problem ,I will cancel this policy if I can ever get to view my account.

Absolutely atrocious company to deal…
Absolutely atrocious company to deal with. I've sent 3 emails to customer service which have gone ignored and I called to cancel, confirmed cancellation of my policy was told I wouldn't be charged again but I have been?? Utterly useless.

Chasing policy documents
Easy to set up and seems like a good deal but I have chased my policy documents 3 times (phone and email) and received nothing.
For a paid service this is the minimum requirement for our agreement and I would appreciate being covered by a company who has strong communication. It doesn’t fill me with confidence and makes me nervous about the cover I am paying for.

Taking out my insurance policy was easy…
Taking out my insurance policy was easy although the questions were too many. The conversation between me and the agent lasted upto 1 hour or more but I would recommend Beagle street for friends and families because it's worth it.

Took out a life insurance
Took out a life insurance.
When doing so I didn't mention my adhd as it doesn't come up as an option and I don't see it as a "condition" anyway, like cancer or or a learning disability is, and didn't think about it.
Upon realising I should have declared it, I have emailed twice and tried calling and got nowhere trying to cancel the policy.
No replies to emails or phone calls returned.
They have just taken payment despite me trying to cancel.
The mistake was mine of course, but not being able to fix it despite trying a few different avenues, is not my fault and has been ridiculous.
Maybe from my review someone will contact me?
