Smooth customer experience, they serviced car for free and gave a good deal. When a minor issue arose with the car close to the end of warranty period they covered the amount no questions asked.

Cowboys!! Avoid this joke of a company!
Collected a car that we’d paid a deposit previously for and the guy barely spoke to us. Mumbled and barely answered any of our questions. I asked if there’d be fuel in the car and he said “should be”, after we paid, he never even left the office, just told us the key was on the wheel. We went to the car and they hadn’t even taken the price off the windshield. Turned the engine on and there were 4 miles left in the tank, 4 bloody miles!!! We called him over and he asked us to take the car through the next gate and he ‘should have’ some fuel there, turns out they didn’t!! Idiots!!! What followed was a very precarious drive to a garage to fill up. Personally I’d have refused to take the car, and insisted collection the following day after they’d put some fuel in it, but my partner didn’t want to make a scene, so he risked it. Never have I witnessed such unprofessional service. It’s hard to believe that any positive reviews are real, as when you go to the place it’s very obvious that they’re clueless and don’t care! I can only assume that any positive reviews are posted by friends and family of the guys who run it. Definitely not genuine that’s for sure!! I’m hoping that the problems ended with the fuel and atrocious customer service, but time will tell! I find it hard to believe that they are AA accredited and I’ll be speaking with the AA to report them as I doubt very much that they’d want to be associated with such a shambles of a company!

Great people

Great people , lovely skoda octavia , we had car delivered same day . Can't expect more than that . Recommended

Warranty

Bought a car from these guys in December.
Has a little issue regarding a common fault on the landrover this was resolved by these guys without any hassle. Would 100 percent recommend.

Highly recommended!!

It was a great experience buying from Beadlow motors. The team handled end to end transaction/ delivery very professionally and in a timely manner.
Supported and provided all the necessary support. They even provided break down cover for complete one year
