The girls were brilliant with my 2 year old while he was getting his tests done !

We had a recent audiology appointment with my 11 yr old who has Down Syndrome and he was initially very resistant to the appointment but the two ladies conducting the appointment were so engaging with him and absolute masters in distraction, extremely patient and kind he had a great time at the appointment.
Thank you so much for making what could have been a very stressful experience one that turned out to be very enjoyable.

Staff were amazing with our little boy for his hearing test

I visited the Cliinic this morning to have my hearing retested and to have any necessary adjustments made to my hearing aids. As usual Fiona was excellent, gave my ears a thorough examination and analysed the test results. I had my hearing aids adjusted and Fiona sent a referral letter to an ENT specialist to arrange the check up that the test results suggested was necessary. All in all I was very satisfied with the visit and as usual the service could not be faulted.

It's easy to get an appointment at relatively short notice, and the staff are very thorough and patient.

My only misgiving is that wax removal is quite expensive, although you get what you pay for: a premium service.

Beacon Audiology are amazing, they were so professionally with my daughter from her first hearing test to fitting hearing aids and all the after appointments, we would recommend their service to everyone

The ladies who did my little girls hearing test were brill. They were so good with a 21month old which I initially thought would be a nightmare. Lovely lady on reception too.

Girls was very pleasant and put alot of effort to try to get tests done.
Bad point
At first girl looked in to my daughters ear and said it is compleatly blocked looked in to other ear and said its worst then first one ,still continued to run the tests instead of telling me come back next time when ears are cleared .at this stage my toughts is that I paid for booking not for testing as tests couldn't give any good results
