The worst ever. DO NOT order from them. Customer service is horrible. Clothing is poor quality, sizing is way off and to return, you have to send to China. The cost to return to
China is 3-4 times the cost of the actual item. Customer service does not work with you. You can’t talk to anyone. It’s all done via email . I have been in the customer service for 40 years and if the company I worked for treated my clients the way this client does, they would have been out of business years ago and as the employee, I would have been out of a job years ago. Do yourself a favor, save your money and DO NOT order from them

My experience with the Brand was incredible, I loved the clothes that I received, and I would definitely order again because of the incredible designs they have❤️

I made a collaboration with them and totally love the jumpsuits I’ve choose, they’re comfy, the look good and you can wear them either on daytime&nighttime❤️

The processing info is a joke. Here it's been 3 weeks since I have ordered and my order is just now at "sorting location." This company is not forthcoming. I would not order from them. I'm down to the wire as I have a cruise and no suits. Such a joke. Don't waste your money.

The website says you can return items but they fail to tell you that you will have to mail it back to an address in China with a mailing fee that costs over $100 - I would never purchase anything from them. Customer service is non existent and the quality of the clothes is etremely poor

Ho preso un vestito e altri capi da loro e mi sono trovata molto bene sia per la qualità dei tessuti che per tutto. Il vestito oltre ad essere come da descrizione é anche molto bello e i colori e tessutoli perfetti. Spedizione anche perfetta nulla da dire.

This company is awful. It took forever for the items to arrive and it was cheap quality material and the sizes were all off. This is pretty much in my eyes of fake company. Just ripping people off. I paid $83 for two dresses that are not worth $1.00 Will never order anything online again because they always turn out to come from China and they are awful products!!!

I purchased a dress that didn’t fit, it was poor quality fabric. I emailed customer support for a return. It took 72 hours and 4 emails to get a response from them. I had to pay to return item back to China. This company is a scam they took my $45.00 I paid for the dress and refunded pittance on the dollar!

I ordered a swimsuit and the size was too big even though I based it on the info in their listing. I emailed them right away and they didn't reply for days. they said they would send out a new suit and I would just need to pay for shipping. Which I agreed to since I had bought it for vacation and needed it asap. Well they were supposed to send me a link and I never heard from them again and now I have a suit that I paid for which doesn't fit. Total crap company and crappy service.

I bought a swimsuit back in April and it was too big and the bottoms were cricket. It didn’t fit so I returned it. I gave him about a month or so get my refund still hasn’t gotten my refund. All I get is an answer from them. this is still in customs for spinning customs for two months, and I asked them Who is responsible for getting that swimsuit for customs and they didn’t have an answer for me so now it is almost July and all they’re offering me a 15% back of my money which I don’t think is acceptable. They know my swimsuit sitting in cats customs they know that I sent the swimsuit back. I believe that they should refund me at least half and then when they go pick it up or whoever gets it then they can refund my the rest of my money. I’m afraid that they’re not gonna ever refund my money I will never do business with this company again and neither should you. They aren’t very customer oriented and I have been trying to get them to give me a refund and they just act like they don’t care. Oh well be sure you check it out and be sure you know what you’re doing before you buy from this company horrible customer service and I still don’t have my money back.
