Je suis dans l'obligation de mettre une étoile mais ça ne le mérite même pas. Articles de mauvaises qualités, j'ai demandé un retour pour remboursement et là, douche froide ! Je dois payer les frais pour renvoie en Chine. Ils me propose de m'envoyer 1 article gratuitement et de garder le restes . Je dois payer 60 dollars si je veux 3 autres articles. Ou je paye intégralement les frais de retours si je veux être remboursé. Fuyez... C'est une monumentale arnaque !!

Never ever order from here ! Cheap cheap materials and awful fit. These items look nothing like they do onlne. Its all fake and is a total scam as you cannot return your order. This is shien quality with much larger price tags, what an aweful thing to do to people. They will not return your emails and you'd have to pay to ship it back to China. Believe every word of all these negative reviews they are true !

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible company to deal with, products are absolute garbage quality and their return policy is equally poor. Do not order from them!

The item ordered was very poor quality and when I requested to return the item, I discovered that it needed to be shipped to China. The cost of shipping to China would have been more than double the cost of the item. If you cannot try it on then you're taking a gamble that you may have to eat the cost if the item doesn't work.

Very Upset! RETURN ISSUES SEE BELOW. The quality is poor and does not look like the picture on the website. Fabrics are cheap and look completely different than what the site looks like. Returns are ridicules as I had to email them wait three days for a response and then learned the options are too expensive. Beachsissi is a total rip off! Terrible sizing. Return policy is ridiculous as stated by previous ratings. You have to return by courier to China and they wanted me to pay 80.00 in shipping cost or the other option was to keep the items and get 12% refund. So I spent over 10 dollars on items I can't use and my refund was 14.00

Magnificent, I ordered this bikini and it came to me super fast, very good quality and it's beautiful when you try it on, definitely a very good choice for this summer, at the bottom it has some transparent straps that give it the touch and they look beautiful

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service! I spent $30 to return a package in June 2024. Tracking constantly said going through customs. i just got the return sent back to me after 9 mos and never received a credit. The package was covered in stamps and damaged. Rip off!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They claim they will take returns, but do not. I sent a set of items back, at my own expense (which was actually quite expensive, as the return address is in China), and never received the return. COMPLETE SCAM.

Customer service is very poor and rude.

Swimsuit was very nice…..just the wrong size based upon their size guide. Quick response from their customer service….only to find out they’re happy to accept returns..as long as you RETURN THE PACKAGE TO CHINA AT YOUR EXPENSE! Ridiculous way to film flam your customers…never again!

They say they have free refund but when it costs more than what your goods cost to mail it to CHINA! Yes China.. it doesn't really pencil out. They know this they do not care. I will never again their stuff isn't good quality

I never received the dress; the company claims that it was the shipper at fault and left me to contact the shipper on my own instead of contacting them themselves. Shipper says the tracking # they gave me does not exist.

I ordered a dress in January and it is now about to be April and I’ve never received it. Tracking hasn’t changed since February. Customer service has been no help. All I want now is a full refund since I clearly won’t be receiving the dress I ordered. They also won’t give me a refund and keep telling me it’s “on the way”. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Terrible return experience. It costs $97 to return $150 worth-4 dresses that looked nothing like the advertisement. They slow run small so none of these fit and all the fabric is see through. Encourage everyone to consider the price to return before buying and warning that the products looked nothing like they do on the website!

I placed an order finally received it 6 weeks later. The dress did not fit. Emailed their customer service four times to get information on how to return it and have not received an email back. Do not order from this company!!!
