Always a prompt response to queries and questions. We have had a number of video linked discussions with the UK team and the Australian team and these have always provided us with appropriate information and / or good advice whic has been both thoughtful and considered. Transfer of policies from UK to Australia
Upon retirement I had some legacy policies in the UK which I needed to close and transfer to Australia. Dealing direct with the companies in the UK proved to be frustrating but BDH, having both a local Perth office and UK office were able to facilitate the process brilliantly. Daniel Ash-Wentworth our advisor in the Perth office seamlessly coordinated the transfer despite delays by the provider and was great with constant communication so we knew what was happening at all stages. His knowledge of both UK and Australian rules and markets is impressive. Highly recommended!
