Fine, Just mad at myself

The help was helpful. Unlike some companies... I found an awesome deal. A true steal. Unfortunately, I couldn't play the game I got. I didn't do enough research about whether or not it was compatible with my stuff. I should have because I've had this problem before. I was excited about the deal I found. I just can't find anything ( that I like to play) that is compatible with a Chromebook.

Awesome experience

Awesome experience. Purchased a great deal for my Xbox live. Contacted the live agent through chat & got immediate responses and superb customer service. Will be back in the future!

Sold me 2 keys that where not in my…

Sold me 2 keys that where not in my region. These were bought as a gift for my nephews and they stated that there must be something wrong with their accounts not with their codes. They would not replace the codes and then asked for private information in order to verify!(IP addresses). I asked for another way and they would not help after that. Never using this site again!

Customer service surprised me in a good way. They refunded an Xbox live card when I ordered 2 on accident in the matter of 5 minutes.
