Asbestos Testing
I've had a really positive experience with BCA Contracts. My main point of contact was Ryan, following a recommendation. He was very professional and polite. He has arranged a visit to my house at a suitable time and was very punctual.
He used his expertise to advise on which areas should be tested for asbestos and took the samples away with him.
The results came after about a week.
Even after I've paid the invoice,the aftercare was brilliant. I emailed Ryan a few more times with some questions and I've always received a prompt response. Ryan was very polite and never made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions.
I will definitely be recommending BCA contracts and using them again in the future.

Residential Asbestos removal
Found asbestos under our living room floor unexpectedly and we’d got several contractors lined up to do other work on our new house. The guys from BCA got out to us quickly and got everything squared away in two days. Asbestos tiles safely removed, sealed and concreted over the next day. Just in time for everything else to proceed. Friendly, professional service and a fair price.

Your engineer arrived quickly and was helpful and friendly he took two samples and said he thought they would be negative. The analysis didn't take long and in fact did not find asbestos present in either sample.

Good communication
They were really great taking our ceiling and roof sample, only issue was that the lab doing the test took longer than estimated but overall was a good service and they always kept good communication with us.

I can't sing the praises of this company enough, excellent customer service both before and after completing the job. Consistently put my mind at ease over any concerns and the tidiest clean up job I have ever had from contractors.
I have recently had to go back to them about a query around some radiators in my home and they have been quick to respond, research and action my concerns.
