BCA a brilliant company.
BCA were brilliant from beginning to end, it took us 3 years to get our act together and actually engage them to do the work but they did exactly what we asked them to do, the staff were friendly and prompt and explained everything throughout the process. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely a trustworthy hardworking company.

At every touch point whether on the phone or F2F with Ryan when he dropped off my asbestos material waste bags or took the sample to test for presence of asbestos in my roof - BCA Contracts Ltd were A1 professional and made me feel like a valued customer .After 35 years in the FM & property business for major UK /USA blue chip company I would like to think I know what good looks like. Contacted BCA to carry out a test on Vermiculite that was found to be in the attic. Visit planned and sample taken.
Pleasant to deal with but dropped one star as I did have to chase up on the results a couple of times.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. Booking was straightforward and efficient. Communication was prompt with quote and appointment scheduled in within a couple of days. The engineer, Patrick arrived on time and was very polite and professional. We also got the results of the test very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
