I made sure to put in all my details and have since emailed the company and still no response. If the company is reading this I would either like the product sent to me by the 17th of March 2020 or I expect a full refund by that same date. I have been in contact with Trading Standards and this is the last and only warning I have to give before they become involved

Coronavirus has had a huge impact on global shipping systems, so we have seen a vast amount of orders from Jan-Feb getting lost, and with this we have received a vast amount of customer inquiries and some have been missed. It has been two and a half weeks since I did my last review. There has been no emails to update and no messages to say where it is. What is going on. This is getting ridiculous. Starting to think this is not a legit company. All i wanted was my item and now all I want is a refund. If this is not fulfilled I will take things further.

Hi Ed, I have checked your order, and the tracking shows it arrived on the 22nd January by Royal Mail, meaning it took 16 days to deliver. For Streetwear items we state the item will take 15-30 Working Days. I hope you like your order! I ordered a hoodie from this site on Boxing Day (dec 26) with standard shipping. It has been over 30 days which was the time frame they provided for the delivery and I have yet to hear anything from them. I have sent multiple emails asking what the heck is going on with my order but have gotten no replies. The shipping tracking site has no record of my order. I am furious.

Website was an absolute nightmare and needs investment ASAP.
*Update there reply to this was quite aggressive. Stating i am wrong about the website and it must be something to do with my device. I work selling IT equipment/telemarketing and have done for the last 5 years and am correct about the issue with the website on mobile devices.

As it says on the listings for the Streetwear items, they take 15-30 days. So the other two items will take that long and the other item has delivered as vintage clothing takes 3-5 days for delivery in France.

Some pretty nice pieces
Some pretty nice pieces, but i takes a bit (1-2 weeks) until i received them. the prices are insanely cheap, in contrast to other vintage sites. maybe change the background into something else than pink?
all in all a nice, pretty cheap shop, with a little less pieces than other websites.
