My son bought 10 pairs of boxer shorts, which were not a good fit round the thighs (he is a gym type). We requested a return, but they lied to us and told us that the goods had not yet arrived (How do you try on an item of clothing that has not been delivered?) Finally their return page adfmitted that the goods had been delivered, and we tried ro arrange a return, at which point, their return e mail address suddenly and conveniently stopped working, and would not receive our mails. A typically slimy American company looking to avoid culpability and anything that might cost them money. Avoid like the plague. Customer service my arse

Ik bestelde een anders uitziende bh in maat Xl,wat ik ontvang is een verschrikkelijk vodje en de maat lijkt wel op xxxxxxxs.
Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd hoe ik dit moet retourneren om mijn geld terug te krijgen.
Heb tot op vandaag niets gehoord.

Ik heb een bh gekocht bij Bbazic maar wat een ontzettend slecht product, hij past niet en is totaal een heel ander product als dat ik me had voorgesteld. En als ik het wil retourneren om mijn geld terug te krijgen dan moet ik het product opsturen naar China notabene, en dat kost meer als dat de bh gekost heeft. Nooit meer voor mij en totaal niet aanbevelingswaardig.

Ik heb BH's in maat M besteld, echter bleken deze te vallen als maat XS. Om de BH's terug te sturen moet ik middels het maken van foto's afwachten of het bedrijf vindt dat ik de BH's terug mag sturen en ik mijn geld terug krijg. Terug sturen moet naar een adres in China. Daar begin ik niet aan want ik acht de kans groot dat ik portokosten betaal en mijn geld niet meer terug zie. Koop niet bij dit bedrijf, het betreft dropshipping!!

Koop hier nooit iets. De maten kloppen totaal niet. Ik vroeg 3xl en er werden 2x 3xl en 1 M gestuurd. Deze waren net hetzelfde en allemaal veel te klein. Misschien een S van maat. En voor terug te sturen moet je mailen en krijg je geen antwoord. De zoveelste site met bedrog.

Beware, this company is inaccurately showing an ‘excellent’ Trustpilot status on their website. When I looked direct at Trustpilot the rating is POOR. I ordered goods on 14 August. Unfortunately the carrier have confirmed they have lost the package at the depot. BBazic initially replied and now they are ignoring me, Worse, they sent me an email that should have gone to another customer having a problem. They are now on 7 days notice before I take it up with my card provider.

Wat een verschrikkelijke miskoop, zogenaamd 3 comfortabele bh's, voor de prijs van 2. Maattabel stond erbij, dus de juiste maat voor 2 ervan ingevuld en de 3e voor de zekerheid een maat groter besteld. Het duurde vrij lang voordat ik het pakje binnen kreeg, maar ok. Toen ik het uiteindelijk ontving was het zeker 4 maten te klein en bleek het toch weer een Chinees bedrijf te zijn. Hierop gevraagd hoe het te retourneren en mijn geld (€44,-)terug te krijgen, daarna nooit meer iets van het bedrijf gehoord. Ik vind 1 ster nog teveel voor dit "bedrijf", je reinste oplichting, dus, wees gewaarschuwd!!!

Drie BHs in de zelfde maat besteld, waarvan er maar 1 past. €44 betaalt en terug sturen kost €19 .Hoe dan ???
Koop hier niet.

Koop hier toch niet mensen, dropshippers! Bestel hier iets en zij bestellen het vervolgens in China voor een fractie van de prijs die u betaald. Niet goed, dan mag u de retourkosten naar China betalen om ver volgens lamg te wachten op uw geld. Zou verboden moeten worden.

Alles mis, werd na 14 dagen nog niet geleverd, terwijl ik gezegd had dat we op vakantie gingen. Uiteindelijk tijdens onze vakantie "geleverd" in een plantenbak in de voortuin.Laten weten dat ik dat belachelijk vond. Antwoord terug dat ze dat vaker deden??? 3 keer raden niets te vinden in de plantenbak!! Laten weten dat ik mijn 44 euro terug wilden. Nog een keer raden, niets meer van gehoord!! koop nooit bij dit bedrijf!!! Pure oplichting

Writing this review in English for the greater impact contrare to my native Dutch. We ordered three bra’s in the size XL. They didn’t fit, were just for petite Chinese women, didn’t look like the ones shown on the website. The cups wouldn’t even hold american pancakes! So we wanted to send them back and here started the circus. First I had to send an email requesting to return them. Answer was I had to send in at least four pictures, front, back, labels and so on. Then I got returning order to send them to China with cost almost half the value of the goods. So I sent another email proposing to return them to a Dutch adress but for them this was a no go.
The lady I was in contact with kept emphasizing she was there only to help costomers but she was very rigid in her stance and would not give in. To make this long story short, ultimately I gave in, told her I would take this as a lesson and cut my losses. But this review is to warn others not to order here too lightly if you want no hassle in returning. It is not like BOL or Wehkamp in its days.
My advice, do not buy there at all !!

Slechte kwaliteit, slechte pasvorm.

Pakket terugsturen blijkt naar China te zijn en
kost € 21,00! Mocht het pakket ooit al aankomen is het ook nog afwachten of ik geld terug zie. Dit was eens maar nooit meer.

Had a promotion come through for BBazic and it claims that they have 5667+ reviews on trustpilot with 4.5 stars. So if they are going to lie about this im nit believing anything they say about theer product. Stay well clear

Ordered 3 so-called Formea bra's. It took 3 weeks to receive them but ok it's from China. Was disappointed that the material was paper-thin, like a plastic sandwich-bag. And the size was ridiculously small. I ordered XL, which equals maybe an S in Europe, so no way my ladies could fit. Too much hassel to send them back. I take this as a lesson. Excellent photographer though to make everything look like quality material.

The after sales was exceptional good mainly caused by the professionalism that was experienced. I had to return my goods, which process was handled swift and very friendly.
I would recommend anyone to buy at BBazic due to my experience.
