Ich habe am 17.09.2026 bestellt und bis heute keine Ware erhalten. Auf keine meiner E-Mails habe ich eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
Ich habe Bazaarica bis zum 12.10.2026 Zeit gegeben, meine Bestellung mit der Bestellnummer BZRC1306896 zu prüfen. Sollte bis morgen nichts passieren, werde ich weitere Schritte einleiten.
17.09.2026 tarihinde sipariş verdim, ancak bugüne kadar ürünlerim elime ulaşmadı. Gönderdiğim e-postaların hiçbirine yanıt alamadım. Bu durumdan dolayı büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşıyorum.
BZRC1306896 numaralı siparişimin incelenmesi için Bazaarica'ya 12.10.2026 tarihine kadar süre verdim. Bu tarihe kadar herhangi bir gelişme olmazsa başka yasal yollara başvuracağım.

the problem reason was the product you did buy is the old version of Isana Alove Vera Cream (90% Aloe Vera) even though we removed this from our system and replace it with Isana Alove Vera Cream (99% Aloe Vera) you, somehow suceeded to buy the removed version (i believe during our migration). That is why our procurement system could not be avare the removed product and we could not procure from supplier and send to you.
Now, immediately we will send Isana Alove Vera Cream (99%) to you as you procured.

LATE DELIVERY WITHOUT REPLYING
I ordered on 4th of July 2026, and didn't receive my order yet, been waiting for too long only for 3 products, no one is answering on WhatsApp and when they answer they give only excuses and told me on 8th of September 2026 that my order is already shipped and will take 3-5 days to arrive and since then I didn't see anything form them, it's gonna be my last time ordering from their website so unfair and unprofessional customer service they don't care about my time my massages been seen without reply and lying from beginning. I'm so irritated and upset even don't know how to get a refund!!

UPDATE: SCAM ALERT!!!!! Terrible Customer Support, Hidden Fees, and 26 Days of Waiting
I bought something from this store (Order #BZRC1306350) and honestly, the whole experience was a complete nightmare.
Right after paying, everything went completely quiet. No confirmation email, no tracking link, nothing. I had to hunt them down myself—first messaging them on Instagram, then getting passed around between two different WhatsApp numbers just to get a basic update. They kept giving me excuses and telling me it would ship "this week" just to stall for time.
The package finally showed up after 26 days, but it didn't get any better:
Shipping lies: Their site says orders over €50 get free shipping, but they still charged me €18 for delivery.
Surprise fees: They sent it via FedEx without mentioning it anywhere on their site. On top of the usual customs duty and taxes, I had to pay extra administration fees to FedEx just to receive my package.
Broken promises: They told me they’d include a small extra gift to make up for the crazy delay. Opened the box—absolutely nothing extra inside.
Zero transparency, awful communication, and unexpected costs at every step. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this site!
