I had 2 withdrawals sent to an account that is not my name. Baxter are saying i entered the wrong Iban. Why would I put the wrong Iban in and lose my money. My bank has confirmed the Iban used where the transfer went is in someone else's name and they can't give me anymore information. What am I meant to do. I did not put in the Iban they are talking about Into my withdrawal by bank tanfer. Surely money cannot be transferred to an unverified account using my name someone else's IBan and BIC no.Can

Several dealings with customer service and still not sorted after several days. Will be proceeding with legal action. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Much better platforms out there to engage with.

Made a deposit. After 24 hours it was still pending. Customer service said it could take up to 5 days for deposits to be available. My bank says not a legitimate company. Baxterbet said they couldn't cancel and return my money. I had to wait.
