Very nice site to use - the check out process very easy to navigate. Staff very helpful - I discovered I did not need the power supply I emailed them straight away and they were able to cancel the order.

Ordered a replacement battery for my Canon 90D. Battery received as ordered. Delivery was a bit slow, so I emailed to chase up, customer service was excellent they provided a tracking number straight away, & the battery turned up that day. Would definitely recommend and use battery expert again. Thanks guys, great service.

Looking for a specific adapter that is completely suitable for purpose? I have found that Battery Expert is a business that actually outlines what product is or could be used for. This is important for a non electrical person like me…
Fast turnaround and the product works as promised.

The range of quality equipment is quite amazing. The service is excellent. Highly recommended

Good quality product, shipping on time, would recommend.

Excellent service and responses. Changed my order immeditely after I made a mistake and notified them.
Was no problem to them and will definitely use again when the need arises.
Brilliant Batteryexpert.

Battery posted quick and no problem with transaction.
Tracking number for postage would have been nice but only a minor issue.

Easy to order and very prompt service. Product exactly as described. I will be a returning customer.

Great customer service! Very happy

I ordered and purchased batteries online as a Guest and they were delivered quickly but as a Guest was unable to track the delivery.

Easy and efficient service. Had the exact product we needed as original manufacturer doesn’t have them and it’s an expensive Bose headphones item

Item was sent day after it was ordered. Customer service were fantastic to deal with and responded quickly. Great experience. Product bought was excellent quality.

Got good support from Battery Expert post my purchase.
Responded to emails about more order promptly which was encouraging. Would love to see a phone number that I could call also but quick email responses were good.
DJI replacement batteries have thus far worked perfectly which is great as I found it hard to find them in stock elsewhere.

Super product inventory, got the exact charger I needed, which was v. affordable comparatively. They were very accommodating to ensure parcel was instructed to be left at my door not in letterbox and best of all I got it the very next day after ordering for free postage. Always good to buy from reputable stores like this and not Amazon or Ebay. Thank you!

Great product, easy purchase, reasonably priced and prompt response to queries

Responded quickly and helped me process my refund. Great service.

Genuine company with good service on my ordered battery product. It arrived in the mail in less than a week.

Excellent service. I placed a small order and emailed to ask about tracking. Received prompt email reply saying that I ordered as a guest so the parcel was not tracked but confirming delivery and expected arrival time. Goods arrived on time. Good to get fast and clear response to my question. Thanks Battery Expert.
