Batteryexpert Arvostelua

I ordered 4 phone battery's of this company & then found out that my phone had died & the battery's were not at fault. I asked for a cancellation as my new phone takes different type, they were only to happy to cancel the order & give me a refund. I could not ask for any better result .I have dealt with this company many times before & they are always on top of their game. Prices are always fair & delivery is prompt.

Great process and excellent customer service and support

Often fits 5230 (non-BP)
May NOT fit 5230BP (very common issue)
Even when it looks identical, the rail guides or clip depth differ - this was my case. So returned. Also ordered another not realising what I had done and they cancelled the order for me via email on the day.

Great value and easy process. Delivered remarkably quickly given we used standard AusPost handling.

Great service and quick to respond to an error I made when ordering.

I received the battery I ordered within five days, and the product's quality was also very good. Highly recommend the business and the products.

I cannot track my order, and there is no contact number to follow up or inquire. My order has been pending for 10 days and I still haven't received it.

Αμεση και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση με ασυναγώνιστες τιμές .
Και το προσωπικό πολύ καλά καταρτισμένο και έμπειρο

Just used these guys for the first time, as I needed a new cable for a super nintendo. It was easy to find via the search, and I couldn’t believe that I didn’t have to pay any postage. It was also cheaper than similar items on ebay. I had a question, so I emailed, and it was answered straight away. I will now be looking for more things to purchase.

Good experience, great prices and very responsive.

Item was there in a few days works well at a good price seems to be a quality product.

Customer service is exceptional, they responded to my queries via email instantly and help me resolve my issue straight away. Shipping was fast and efficient

Great prices and fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a Mini USB Cable from Battery Expert. Not only was it competitively priced but also offered free delivery.

The delivery took a bit longer as it was untracked but the response from the team was exceptional and kept me updated on expected timeframe and it got delivered within that timeframe.

Bunch of experts! Highly recommended.

Had to cancel my order unexpectedly and the customer service was excellent.

Thanks so much for your prompt response when item wasn't received initially, item works great. Thanks

Great service, communication & follow up

The company of inquiry responded within hours with resolution. Couldn’t be happier. Will order through them again

I ordered on the 25th of December a xlr cable to usb. Yes I do understand that there is obviously a holidays delay but then my order was posted on the 29th. During this period the communication was good and I had thought that all was going well. Until they gave me a date that the order will come. Due to this already being 14 days since posted I had already had low confidence of anything successful. I was told to wait 3 days , 3 days came and nothing was received or delivered. I then emailed the company demanding my refund twice each a few hours gapped. The communication ever since I did not receive my order the first date told hugely declined in service. They’ve respond saying some stuff and that since it didn’t arrive they can process a refund for me. Ever since this message I have emailed 3 times about my refund and they haven’t responded or refunded my money back. Wouldn’t be returning unless DESPERATE for something 💯

Great service and communication.
Product as described and good price.
