Bad service and the house wasn't clean afterwards. Don't use Batmaid, you pay too much for what you get. The lady who was cleaning our house was not able to speak, couldn't say Hello or anything and was just grumphy the whole time, which is fine if she cleaned the house. While cleaning, there were many sounds of things she dropped.. She left earlier then agreed and the apartment wasn't clean. Shower drain wasn't cleaned, mirrors have not been touched, she didn't mop upstairs, kitchen extractor was still dirty and much more.
So don't use their service, they don't give you a proper solution and they simple tell you that your cleaning standards are too high...

DON'T USE BATMAID!!! IT'S A SCAM!!! This company can't deliver or don't even know what they are doing. They 'provide' nothing but as a customer you pay 96 euro (for 120 minutes). The after sales is horrible and after getting in contact with the CEO (his number is on internet) I finally got response. Batmaid is a f****show!!!

The maid left 15 minutes before her time was finished and left us with poor cleaning...... Unfortunately I cannot share the pictures, but the kitchen, bathroom etc. is still dirty!! Besides the absolut poor cleaning, the attitude from this maid was poor and misplaced. She couldn't even smile or say hello when she enterted our apartment. Not sure what kind of requirements Batmaid have when selecting cleaing people, but even a child does better work or communicated better!!!!

As customers WE have to provide a whole list of cleaning stuff for the cleaning lady. However, is this stupid cleaning lady doesn't listen or don't even understand how you communicate with people, you're lost. I don't know where Batmaid is finding these people, but my disabled grandmother in a wheelchair is even better!!

To compromise this sh**ty service Batmaid offered me 1 hour of free cleaning, or actually 45 minutes because the lady left 15 minutes before!!! They reasoning behind the decision is that the cleaning lady needed to get paid......... If you have any problems, please reached out and I bring you in contact with the right guy;)

They told me half an hour before the cleaning was scheduled that the maid was sick, they couldn't find a replacement, even for a few days after. They said they would call me to see if they had found someone to cover, they didn't call. Really left me stranded.

Customer service responds quickly, the latest cleaning lady works very well. But previously it was a bad experience. It would be great to train new employees how to do cleaning.

The cleaner arrived 30 min late which caused us to be late to our next affair that day. The cleaner ate our food, drank on the job, and also convinced us to give two person pay for a subpar job. We understand that one person for a two person job is a lot, but we wish that the cleaner at least did a thorough clean. Some kitchen drawers weren't cleaned, our bidet rags were used to clean which is disgusting, and the cleaner overstayed their welcome. However, the management helped us along the way and kept us notified. Will not be using this service again.

Good organization and fast efficient approach during the cleaning from Jaromir. Very satisfied. Good phone support from Batmaid too.

Batmaid Netherlands is a great cleaning company that I recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service. I was impressed with the professionalism of the team and how they thoroughly cleaned my house.

Communication with the company was also excellent and they were very helpful in scheduling the cleaning at a time that was most convenient for me. I also appreciated the company's flexibility in meeting my specific cleaning needs.

The cleaners themselves were friendly and competent, and they took the time to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised by how high the quality of their service is and how they left everything shiny and fresh. Really recommend it if you are looking for a higher quality cleaning company.

STAY AWAY!!!
They broke my glass table and after contacting them they told me that since I have no proof I can’t get any compensation. Even though I sent photos to prove it.
One of the main reasons I used their services is that in their website they write that any damage will be covered through insurance, however there is no such a thing.

Arriving home after Valeria’s cleaning sessions is wonderful! Her cleaning is very thorough and she brings back the calm. My partner literally sits on the couch for extra long on Valeria days, to enjoy.

I find Valeria very easy to communicate with, for example if our cleaning needs are different a week (eg skip a room that is in heavy use or extra attention to something) or in the rare case that we would prefer something different (the way we put or covers on the bed was different and Valeria picked up on this as soon as we mentioned it).
