Le service administratif est très au point. J’a toujours eu un rapide contact « d’humain à humain » en cas de besoin. Et, nous avons toujours trouvé une solution satisfaisante pour les deux parties.

Mauvaise experience en y regardant de plus près. Menage de 6 heures . NUL. Placards pas nettoyés malgré la demande et sur devis. Ménage fait que sur les endroits visibles. Elle a tué deux produits complets pour que ça sente bon…..

Wichtig, die 5 Sterne sind nur für die Firma selbst. Nach meinem Gefühl versuchen Sie alles damit der Kunde glücklich ist und sind sehr entgegenkommend.

Leider besteht aber ein Qualitätsproblem mit den Reinigsungskräften. Es ist nicht einfach, jemanden zu finden der weiss was sauber ist. Erst die 4. hat das Haus einwandfrei hinterlassen.

I am really disappointed with Batmaid. The online booking was very easy, which gave me a good first impression. I ordered a 4-hour cleaning for my end-of-lease move-out. The apartment was practically empty, so cleaning should have been straightforward.

Unfortunately, the cleaner sent was absolutely not suited for this job. She worked very slowly and the result was extremely poor. Dust was left inside the wardrobes, on the windows, corners were not done, and the bathroom was really poorly cleaned. I believe the lady tried her best, but she is simply not suitable for this kind of work — the real issue is Batmaid’s very bad selection of employees. Despite a small help with some embellishment for my departure, the actual cleaning was unacceptable.

In the end, I had to hire another cleaner outside of Batmaid to redo everything properly. For a professional service, this is really not what I expected. My rating: 2/10.

Batmaid is reliable, flexible, affordable and effective. They allow you to change dates and times, and have an app to make it easy (but you can also call or email). All cleaners are real employees with benefits and contracts. They are polite and work hard to clean your home or apartment. They will pay attention to any special areas and make your home sparkle. I highly recommend them.

Au prix où j’ai payé (50.-/heure) le ménage je peux m’attendre au minimum à quelqu’un de testé ou de formé.

À la place de faire de la pub, formez vos agents, ils sont nuls et je pèse mes mots.

Je vais vraiment, cette fois, ne pas me gêner de le dire en public et sur tous les médias que je pourrais.

J’aurais honte à votre place d’être en fait une plate forme qui met à disposition des agents sans aucune plus-values et dont le seul but est de sur taxer les clients avec des personnes incompétentes!

Personne désorganisée, qui ne comprend pas bien ce qu’elle a à faire et qui laisse poussière sous les canapés et cheveux dans le siphon. Même le miroir était sale. Elle n’a pas réussi à passer l’aspirateur, n’importe quoi!

Had to change once the person cleaning as I had to change the days of the subscription, both of them were good.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
When I signed up to this Company they confirmed I could order cleaning when I required it as I travel with work and therefore require flexibility. Unfortunately the Company then continued to charge me for cleaning that I had never ordered, whether it was completed or not, and despite me having to contact them monthly requesting cancellation. Same thing will then happen the next month.

This Company are thieves, DO NOT USE.

C'était sa première fois dans l'appartement, mais la dame a parfaitement compris ce qu'il fallait faire et elle l'a fait, plus rapidement que ses consœurs et impeccablement. Après son passage j'ai trouvé tous mes meubles (et tout ce qu'il y avait dessus) parfaitement à leur place. C'est rare!

Very bad experience. The maid was late and I had to clean my house myself after she left because of the quality of the cleaning. I booked and paid for an extra service she did not do, nor told me she had not done it. Would not recommend Batmaid.

Absolutely terrible. The cleaning ladies/men are unprofessional, unpleasant and give off a weird vibe. I think most of them are assigned to the job by the unemployment office. I tried this service 4 times, with different vouchers, and each time was worse than the time before. Not only was my house left unclean, but I had to deal with an uncomfortable feeling of letting a complete stranger into my house. The last time the cleaning lady didn’t even use the cleaning products. She wiped the counters with a dirty rag and after she left everything was dirty and dusty. She didn’t even bother cleaning the water rings and simple dirt off the table! It didn’t require any kind of scrubbing, just a simple wipe. Absolutely disgraceful. After each cleaning I left feedback and each time the customer service called me back in order to “resolve the issue” but they never did, they just continue to send odd people that have absolutely no idea how to clean. I will never ever use this service again, and I strongly advise anyone thinking of using it - don’t. Save your money and time.

Rentrer à la maison et trouver un appartement propre... trop bien!
Je recommande Batmaid.
