This was a relatively small one off purchase but I still got attentive service that helped me find the right solution and avoid a mistake that saved me time and probably money too.

prompt friendly and helpful service. Not only were the team knowledgeable; and practical when choosing the fittings for our bathroom,. but when there was a subsequent issue with a mirror, they promptly arranged a replacement with no hassles.
