Disappointed…
Loyal customer here and longtime client but Im disappointed in Batery. I just deposited over 700$ and received almost 500$ of bonus money and played pragmatic play… landed 3 bonuses and none of them landed… i then played hacksaw gaming and same. Every bonus i landed nothing was paid and 1200$ gone in the wind… i mean one bonus with no payout fine but over 8 bonuses landed in those games and batery managed not to pay a single time.. i hate saying they control the gaming but seems that way when you see those results

Hello everyone, I’d like to share my experience with customer support and deposit issues at this casino. Stay away from it and don’t make deposits-your money simply won’t reach your account.
I made my first deposit of about 49 CAD, received my bonus, and even managed to play normally, but unfortunately I lost and decided to make another deposit. However, the second one never arrived in my account.

I contacted support, where a person named Ahmet replied and told me that I hadn’t made any second deposit and that everything had been credited correctly. I continued the conversation and provided proof of the second deposit (I made it using USDT cryptocurrency to their TRC20 wallet).

My account number is 81110791. I provided support with a screenshot and the transaction ID of the withdrawal from my Binance account, to which they replied: “This is a withdrawal, but we need a deposit receipt.”

After that, Ahmet ended the chat, and as I understand it, blocked my ability to contact support altogether.

I have all the proof on hand and can provide it to the casino upon request without any issues. I also have screenshots of Ahmet’s template responses — it’s hard to even tell that I was talking to a real person!

I was using the website for a few years and it was the only one I used a stayed with.

BUT ..

It’s happened a few times where I was not getting my code to withdraw $ which always caused me issues. I never made a big deal of it because I’d get it after a few days eventually .
