I have been waiting almost three weeks for two items that I purchased and allegedly were shipped from Poland and Norway. Apparently they made to the United States but they don’t say where! I will never purchased another product from them.

I bought the Patchwork Nativity sewing set. Overcharged and half of the supplies missing.

I ordered a Christian *find Jesus* toy, equivalent to Elf on the shelf, for my son, on the 5 th October. This item never arrived. I was promised a replacement which has also never arrived. This item was almost £40 and looks to have been held up in Birmingham for the last month and a half. I am absolutely disgusted, money is wasted and so is time. Seems a scam company. This sort of thing needs to be stopped. I have an autistic son waiting for this toy and he does not understand why they are being mean and not sending it. Businesses need to think about their customers. Not happy.

UPDATE…
After cancelling my order AGAIN they have proceeded to ignore that request, emailing me a new tracking number to follow. The last tracking number showed my package being sent from Austin USA… ( the company is supposedly American). Yet this new one now says it’s being sent from CHINA!!! TOTAL SCAM !!! If this item has not arrived by the 1st December, a claim will be made through my bank as they have refused to refund twice!!! And no item has arrived after 2 months!!!!

Total scam. Fake tracking number. Emailed daily for updates. Claim on the way for over 6 months. Now refuse to respond and have never refunded. PayPay was ZERO help.

A 1 is still too good for this company!! I bought 2 king size blankets that were supposed to be so soft and immediately got over charged. Was on deal for $19.99 and got charged $59 for both. Now they’ve offered $7 refund to me!! Never buy from them!!!

Did not deliver my order and didnt refund my money. Delivery problems was to be handled by me not them.

I had 2 orders of multiple charging cables that took a month to receive. Half of the cables don't work. I sent an email to the email address included in my order and got a "we're on vacation" response.

Total ripoff of a company. Their tracking system doesn't collate with the post office. None of my orders showed up. Buy from them only if you want to waste your money!!

I ordered the 4 in 1 cable and never received it. I wrote to them and they said to call the post office. What a joke. I will keep writing these reviews until I get a refund.

SCAM immediate over charge that I did not authorize. Never acceptable.

Absolutely terrible company they just offered me a $3 refund on my pink phone charger cord that didn’t even work. Dodgy as .
Do not use

Bought the charging cables with the case… they didn’t come with the case. Said I could return at my own cost for refund! Then they offered a paltry USD amount. When I said I wanted my cases, they ignored me. And are still ignoring me!

Absolutley do not use this company..sent the wrong item when told denied it even though i resent the order which clearly shows the wrong order..offered me a refund if i sent back at a huge cost to the wrong order !!!!!1..absolute shambles...never ever use this company.

They over charged me an never sent my product. I got an empty package so it says delivered and PayPal won't do anything as well. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior.

Bought this fast charger Didn’t work and company don’t want to exchange or refund STAY CLEAR SCAMMERS

I ordered from here and got this bogus order delivered message and never received the product! After several attempts to correct the problem and with no solution I had to submit a fraudulent claim to my card company! DO NOT FOOL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! U WILL NOT GET WHAT U ORDER!!!

Placed the order on November 4th. I received an order confirmation number and tracking number.
The order was stuck in NH for weeks.
I contacted the company on 12/8. they gave me a different tracking number. Red flag #1.

Then I checked the status of the new tracking number, the order was stuck in NY.
I checked on December 22nd, still in NY.
I checked on December 27, it stated the order was delivered on December 18th.
Never received the item.
They gave me a USPS tracking number.
They told me to contact the post office.
Called the USPS, they said the tracking numbers are not valid (USPS and second tracking number).

12/28 I filed a dispute with PayPal.
I entered the tracking numbers in the USPS website.
The second tracking number is not valid.
The USPS tracking number is “The package associated with this tracking number did not have proper postage applied and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant to seek reshipment, refund or other available recourse.”
I send them the pdf files with this info.
They wanted me to confirm my address.
I did. They checked with Logistics.
12/3 They wrote Sorry for the inconvenience, would you like us to resend the items.
I was beyond done. I’m not going through this again.
I wanted a full refund.
They stated in order to process the return I HAVE TO PAY A SHIPPING AND ORDER FEE.
I get nothing and now they want to charge me!!!
I said absolutely not!!!
I escalated the situation to a claim.
They told PayPal I received the item and PayPal closed the case.
They have my money and I have nothing.
I filled a report to the Federal Trade Commission.
I still haven’t received the item.
These scammers need to be shut down!!

This isn’t their first time screwing people
If anyone has been screwed by this company like I have and you probably will.
Please report them to the Federal Trade Commission and leave public reviews.
Please get the word out on these thieves.

There is no business address on their website
Different company name through PayPal

This really makes me angry and I hate to see others lose their money and be taken advantage by these lying scumbags.

These guys are scammers. First they say your product is coming from somewhere in Europe. When it doesn't arrive, they give you a new tracking number. It says it has been delivered. But it hasn't. Checking with the post office only gives me information that it was a completely different name and address on the completed delivery. Scammers will not refund money even after 10 emails. They say I need to get the money from USPS. HA!

As per its's advertising promo on Instagram, I purchased several cables and they were to come with additional cases. The cables arrived, however with no cases. I have tried multiple times contacting the company however all they seem to do is offer a small monetary refund. I have refused this small refund as i purchased as gifts and require the cable cases. I would certainly not recommend or purchase from the company again. A complete scam
