So sorry i didnot read the comments before i ordered. Typical americain way of handling clients. I paid a lot of money for shoes which did not arrived. No help from Basso. Please do not order here!!!!

I wish I can give 0 stars, the shoes are very cheap and like a blind person make them, they have stains all over and it looks like they made it from cheap cardboard. $50 for a pair of shoes that doesn’t even worth .99 cents. I wouldn’t wear them not even to walk around my home. Disgusting and horrible, please people read reviews before you order so you don’t waist your time and money. Never respond none of my emails, customer service is cheap as the shoes they sell. Keep away from this scammers. I’m very upset and disappointed with BASSO.

I got plantar fasciitis after putting the great comfortable Sandles I bought from Basso. Do u think it’s a reason for my plantar fasciitis??

The basso's shoes are from AliExpress. El calzado que vende esta tienda es de AliExpress, probad en el buscador por foto de AliExpress y lo comprobaréis.

I sadly read the reviews after ordering the shoes and immediately cancelled the order. They ignored it and sent me a day later the notification for shipment (1 day after ordering) even though they actually take 3-5 days for preparing.They arrived with a really poor packaging.
They were sent from CHINA = literally shoes you can get on aliexpress for much cheaper (around 15-20$) but i paid like almost 50 dollars.
The shoes themselves look really cheap and there are even stains on them.
Returning them isn't an option since i have to pay for shipment and it's honestly expensive to ship them back from Europe.

So in conclusion: don't buy on Basso. If you find shoes there look them up on aliexpress first.

I honestly wish I never found these shoes on Instagram. Their return policy is ridiculous, my shoes have yet to ship out and I'm still unable to receive a refund and when I decide to return them I will only receive store credit. Nothing is ever actually "on sale", I believe they do this so they don't have to give out refunds, because if you read their return policy the only merchandise you can receive a full refund on is full price Items if not, they you are only able to receive store credit and the only way to contact customer service is through email.... So save yourself the money and don't purchase from this company.

I was very excited for my Veltura Sandals to arrive since they looked very nice on the pictures. I received the package about 3 weeks later (shipped all the way from China), not even in a box but in a very cheap looking grey plastic bag. When I opened the bag, first thing I realized was a horrible smell of cheap plastic. The shoes look alike with the pictures online but the material is very cheap. There is glue everywhere and i also didn’t get the size I ordered. I was trying them on once and the sole feels like you’re walking on a cloud, there’s no foothold at all. I’m very disappointed of their service because the shoe design looks very nice but the quality and service is just horrible.

Shoes look great. I was a bit sceptical of the reviews but the trainers are amazing and will deffo be wearing them on my holiday. 5 star

Received the trainers which are defective and contacted Basso customer service straight away.I was offered a new pair at no cost.However the quality of trainers is appalling and smells of cheap plastic.They don't accept returns.Product comes from China but i was asked to post back to US. Basso wouldn't refund the money,had to open case with my bank as they have stopped replying to my emails.Its a scam stay away form shopping with this company

Got a pair of chelsea boots in January and the soles started collapsing about 1-2 months after purchase. It's now May and I have to throw them out soon- there are holes on the bottom and the entire insides are falling apart, felt coming off, platform collapsing more, terribly uncomfortable. Sad that their designs are cool but the quality is just horrible. swish I could get my money back.

I would like to start to say that i was skeptical at first but i gave basso a chance and it delivered. I ordered two pairs of sneakers one sharks and one eaf i think they are called. Both came in a box an the shoes in dust bags...really impressed. The sneakers are really good quallity and suuuper comfy and besides that everyone want's to know were did i get the from...so that's a plus. This was my firs experience with this website hope it will help other.

I bought there a shark sneakers. They are comfortable but bad quality. They broke up after really early time and they did not pay me anything back.

Love the brand, just recieved my second pair of DB Sharks, i wear them allot. The shipping could be shorter but in rest i am pretty happy with the experience 😁

I ordered Shoes in January. The delivery needed over 6 weeks. Then I saw that they have sent the wrong shoe-size so I wrote them an email. I received an answer very fast but I had to ask for all the details by myself (like tracking number for the shoes in the right size, returning address for the wrong shoes, that I am not willing to pay for return, etc.) - so it was a lot of emailing with BASSO Support. I decided to wait with the returning of the shoes until the right ones are delivered. It took another 6 weeks until the shoes in the right size were delivered. I asked a few times for shipping info but didn't got any response via email.
Unfortunately the shoes in the right size were broken. So I wrote another email to BASSO Support and claimed that now one shoe is broken and that I want my money back.
Don't order at BASSO - it is nothing but stress!!!

I bought Basso on their Online App and it says successful and I was charge $69.00 on my credit card, the sad news is, I did not recieve any confirmation and tracking number from my order!!!! I tried sending them an email and they did not reply at all! I am angry as hell right now! Return my $69!

Was gonna buy boots from here. Found them on aliexpress. Basso sells the exact same pair at 120% markup. Whenever sites like this pop up, do yourself a favor and reverse image search on google. I'd rather wait a month for shipping from China instead of giving away double the money.

Very bad shoes I got! I ordered it in instagram, but i got the shoes very bad quality and sent it from CHINA! they even send only in bag packaging. and the quality is the worst! please send my money back

I ordered $90 boots and then found the EXACT same boots on AliExpress for $23. Called the Basso number to cancel my order or ask about returns, but got a bullsh*t message saying they were "on the line with another customer," followed my another message saying the mailbox was full and to hang up and try again. The phone situation is what gave them away as a scam website.

Update- the shoes came, are 2 sizes too small (ordered a 9, got a 7) and I have to pay for the return label. So even if they fully reimburse, this whole experience cost me $12. Ridiculous

basso ad popped up on instagram and it seemed scammy. once i googled image of the Tunise sneakers, i got an aliexpress link. the same shoes on basso for 146€, on sale for 58€ / on aliexpress for 16€ :)

this worked with a lot of stuff. just reselling aliexpress. i already reported their page on ig and fb.
