The shipping times to seemingly anywhere outside of China are outrageous. I ordered shoes back in April. The tracking didn’t update for a month, at which point I reached out to Customer Support. Andrea replied saying it would take 12-25 business days to ship, but there were delays due to COViD. Understandable. In June, when the package still hadn’t moved I reached out again. Andrea said that my package was “still in air transit” (it was not reflected anywhere in the tracking history that the package had moved) and sent me a tracking number for USPS showing the package was in pre-shipment and still in China. She assured me that she could see it was in air transit and should be arriving soon. She then said that if I didn’t get the package in 60 business days, they’d send me out a new package and I’d still (at some point) receive the “stuck package.” At the end of June, when the package still hadn’t arrived and no shipment changes happened, I asked for a full refund. Only at this point did she say that they’d be willing to re-ship my items express. I got them that same week. It’s funny that they were able to reach me so fast after I was to the point of wanting a refund. I just checked the original tracking for my order today (December 9) and it STILL says it’s in pre-shipment, so I’m thinking I never would’ve gotten my package if I hadn’t reached out to customer service.

THEY SAID MY PARCEL ARRIVED ON THE 2ND OF DECEMBER AND ONLY GOT INFORMED 4 DAYS AFTER. I SMELL NO SIGNS OF SHOES ARRIVING. IM WARNING YOU ALL, DONT ORDER HERE!

I received my package in a week with a beautiful surprise inside. The size runs smaller, so European 7 and a half matches 9, they are very soft and quality made, better than the picture. Very happy!

I loved de Sneakers they are simply gorgeous just as they are in the pictures. I loved the card you sent with them, also all the care and the messages you sent to make sure everything with the whole process of ordering and receiving was well tanken care of were absolutly amazing. Thank you so much if i could i would order many more FOR SURE!

I'm in love with my new shoes!!! They are so comfortable and pretty. Very good quality. Only shipping took a bit long - that's why it's only four stars. But I can recommend the sneakers.

I'm really satisfied with jacket that I got couple month ago, but didn't get facemask, what was supposed to come together with jacket!!!

I live for something different BASSO gave me just that. Shipping wasn't the best (due to covid) but the results were exactly as expected. I love my shoes so much that I brought 2 pairs. I always get compliments.

Arrived in very good conditions, the model is so cool and fits so comfortable!!!!

Everything was good!

Shoes came quicker than I expected and I especially love the platform sandals the most.

I really wish my so had read this prior to ordering his jacket from here.
First, he thought he was ordering matador leather, whereas its labled matador leather with "PU" hidden in the text. So not leather at all
When we tried to cancel the order immediately they refused, saying that it was forwarded to China automatically. The site was US and we thought we were ordering from the US. Its a shell for a rip-off Chinese company instead
Over a month so far and still not received anything despite them sending a shipping order number that somehow never progresses other that "in transit"
At the same time I received a whole load of fraudulent activity on my card and had to cancel it.... coincidence???
DONT SHOP WITH THEM!

This company is HOOOOOOORRIBLE it 2 months for me to receive my sandals an once they arrived for 60$ the quality was TRASH CHEESY AND CHEAP........ NEVR AGAIN!!!! Ppl save yourself the trouble I beg you!

Ordered March 11th (85.00 sneaker) still have not received item. Emails don't get answered anymore and no tracking number with valid information. Everything everyone else is saying in the previous reviews is correct.

I decided i wanted to order some sneakers from this website but when i was about to put my details, i read that it would take 30-60 days to deliver so i changed my mind.After 3 days i get a random text from an "employer" trying to "promote" the sneakers.
I know how cookies work and what websites are allowed to spam you with, but I dont remember providing my details and my phone number!
Pure scam
