They have predatory practices regarding their subscriptions, you think you sign up for a month and then they get you for a year with the small letters on the bottom of the page, now you can't cancel your subscription and are stuck paying 180 for 1 month

It's a normal gym. Unfortunately, their subscription policies are not fair. If you want a monthly subscription, means you can stop every month, it's about €40/ month.

If you have a year subscription, you pay €25 / month.
But here you cannot stop until the year is over. Even if you have a disease or you are gonna move, you still have to pat for the remaining months. For me this is theft and criminality. I submitted a form from their website that I want to stop my subscription and want to move, they ask me to provide a letter from work that proves I am changing my location. But I haven't any work outside Netherlands. I just gonna move there. How can anyone prove that he/she is gonna move ?

Je kan geen persoonlijk contact krijgen..
Omdat ik wat ingewikkelde vragen had en mijn betalingen niet zag in de app, moest ik chatten. Want er is geen andere optie. Dat is dus niet te doen.
En na tijden wachten kreeg ik nog eens antwoord wat nergens op sloeg. Schandalig dat je niemand kunt spreken, en wel kan betalen.
Wat een slechte service!! Ben nog geen steek verder.

Bien plus performant dans la facturation que dans le service client géré en grande partie par une Intelligence Artificielle
Pas joignable par téléphone, peu de réactivité au mail et difficile d'être entendu lorsqu'un agent vous contacte, peut-être encore une IA ?
Livraison d'un smartbike non honoré en temps et en heure rdv entre 7h et 9h (et toujours pas reçu et sans excuse ou mail, rien ...) alors que le rendez-vous avait eu lieu 2 semaines avant après 10j d'abonnement et non 2 comme stipulé dans les CGV pauvrement pourvu et tout ceci est facturé 30 € on sait pas comment, prélèvement ? chèque ? espèce ? CB ?

Worst system they have. I subscribed for a year but I get an error while try to login and get QR code. Due to that I cannot go inside the gym.

And their customer service is designed in a way that you never get a chance to talk to a real person. Even for banks they give card for free but they charge 10 euro for the card to go inside gym.

They're are the worst gym provider in Netherlands.
