Basetao Arvostelua 10

I tried Basetao because superbuy doesn't allow certain branded items. I paid 1,5x the price in shipping, can't withdraw any money that is left over. Support takes 2x as long as superbuy. Only positive things is that they allow branded items, but holy shit what a bad experience...

Al principio tenía dudas por los comentarios, la empresa es buena y eficiente, claro a diferencia de las demás debes aprender a usarla, en cuanto a tarifa es buena, hice un pedido a República Dominicana y tardo solo 7 días desde China, en cuanto al tiempo de recepción de la tienda 1688 al almacén solo fue de 4 días, ya que el pedido realizado fue un sábado.
Deben tener en cuenta que el peso real y volumétrico se calcula, el mayor es el que te cobrarán, también influye el país hacia donde te enviaran el pedido.

Mi experiencia fue buena, solo deben pedir en pequeñas cantidades y probar si es bueno y eficiente, si les resulta ya pueden pedir con confianza.
Comprado con más agentes de compras creo que este es responsable, pero recuerda ser siempre precavido.

The shipping is so expensive, service is bad. And especially their discord mods are so ignorant, wanting to start fights, banning people daily, etc. Dont ever join their discord unless you want to face a nightmare with Kaj!!

Can't withdraw your money, use other agents

Using Base Tao has been the biggest nightmare I’ve ever faced using an agent. They shipped me completely different colour and brand jeans and told me that I have to pay for the exchange. Even though the whole point of using an agent is to avoid situations like that. Then when I submitted and paid for a parcel to be shipped they messaged me 6 days later saying I need to pay another 240 Yuan and they’re going to throw my boxes away. If that’s not bad enough, when I wanted to withdraw my balance I didn’t use back into my bank account they told me that’s not possible and I have to spend it with them. These people are complete garbage business owners and will get there karma very soon.

Great agent. The only reason it has bad reviews on this trustpilot site is because the people doesn’t understand how chinese agents work. Best agent you’ll find, quick customer service and shipment.

I've had an extremely disappointing experience with Basetao and would not recommend them. They inflated their shipping cost after I had gone through the shipping rehearsal. I asked for photos of measurements and received pictures of the scale plus dimensions. The scale was much less than the original quoted weight that I paid, but I assumed they were going by volumetric weight so I green lighted the shipment.

When I received the package I recorded the unboxing including taking measurements of the box. They were off by inches on one side so I sent pictures along with a screenshot of the basetao agent's measurements for the added charges. I also posted in the Basetao Discord server. Since then I have been gaslighted like I could never have imagined.

The mods and basetao customer service email claimed that I can't measure correctly. I was also told that a tape measure is not accurate and that a metal ruler should be used. The basetao mod also kept deleting the conversation on Discord even though it was in the general chat. Especially after other members jumped in with stories of other issues. There are many many incidences of inflated shipping with basetao auto responding that we're not measuring correctly or that packages "get squeezed" during shipping. There are incidences of bags getting cut or damaged and basetao not honoring their insurance policy.

There's clearly a lot of censorship and no accountability with this company so I would recommend looking at more trustworthy companies.

Be careful they make unauthorized Transactions on credit cards I don’t even have an account with them or anything I don’t even know what they are and they’re taking my money and still taking it I’ve tried talking to these people over and over and they don’t care they keep taking my money with no help of getting anything from them

I usually satisfied about the service of basetao, but now I can't say the same
1) one parcel was returned 2 times by the same company. The first time they haven't told me the reason and I made it reship with the same shipping method. The second time they told me the problem was a particular item. They could have told me this before without making me waste so much time and money
2) because of the delays I have many parcels stuck in Vilnius that haven't arrived in Italy. The fault is of China post, but they say they are keep pushing the company. In fact nothing has changed
