I have ordered the coaster since november 2025. On December 10 th a usps tracking was given showing product is ready to be shipped and awaiting carrier pickup. It is now Jan 4th 2026 and product is not shipped without any explanation other than shipping delay. It seems to be a normal pattern with them as I had ordered before and same issue. I am getting a little frustrated as they keep advertising the product yet their delivery is not happening. I am considering seeking other alternative

I would give zero stars if I could. I returned the barsys 360 and 2 wireless mixers as of FEBRUARY 17! They have their products, they have inspected their products and they STILLLLLLL have not refunded my money. They sent me an email indicating there was a refund issued and still, NOTHING. As for the product, it was cool but only for drinks that do not require to be shaken and served straight up. It does not keep the liquids cold. The wireless mixers are cool, but really you get warm ingredients (I froze the liquor and it does stay cold for hours like they say it does) so you get warm ingredients dispensed and then mixed. You then have to pour over ice and shake unless it’s an on the rocks drink. The app sucks, all I have to say about that. And the sensor is buggy…. It would detect the cup sometime and then it wouldn’t others. Seemingly cool product but not yet perfected. NOW WITH THAT SAID, I would never buy from this company EVER AGAIN simply based on their customer service and return process. I literally feel like I am being ripped off and having to stalk them by calling over and over and over only to be told the same thing every time, “my manager is looking into it” GET A NEW MANGER. I never write reviews but when you keep my money my opinion clearly needs to be shared.

Company provided a ship by date for the Coaster 2.0 I purchased. That day came and went and no notification from the company that my order was delayed. I emailed them on 2/5, and as of writing this (2/16), they have not responded. I ended up texting with someone at their number and they confirmed my order was indefinitely delayed due to production issues and that they didn’t have a new ETA other than “the coming weeks”. Very sketchy company, as of writing this they have a message across the top of their website that says “Coaster 2.0 now shipping” even though it’s actually not. Also deleted my instagram comment about the issue.
