The Finello Oak bar stool was delivered well packed, undamaged and on time. Assembly was quite straight forward and I thought the inclusion of spare screws was helpful in case a thread got damaged when assembling. A good service very pleased.

The bar stools I ordered were out of stock but I got an email promptly, giving me the choice of cancelling or waiting a couple of weeks for them to re-stock. I loved the look of the rocco bar stools in cream and they arrived a few days ago! They are gorgeous, the legs are a rich walnut colour and the stools are expensive looking, at a great price. I am thrilled with them

Ordered two barstools one of which was damaged on arrival but Barstools quickly put right and sent replacement.

Great Products and Prices. Bought a couple of barstools from these guys a couple of years ago and we are very pleased with the quality and the price.
When our dining chairs were looking a little tired we checked and they seem to do a matching chair with a similar style to our barstools.
We are more than pleased with the quality and the price - the delivery was fast and painless.
While we were at it we decided to add another barstool to our breakfast bar but unfortunately the colour has oh so slightly changed. It doesn’t look too bad that the middle stool is a different shade of grey - at least they don’t clash violently. All my own fault of course - at least the quality is still superb.

It was easy to order, and delivered on the agreed time

Good initial service and speedy delivery. My issues were trying to get a refund . Unfortunately my product was unsuitable so I returned it the next day after receiving it. I have contacted the company twice asking when my refund will be issued, to be told it’s 14 days. They assured me it was refunded but still awaiting ! Once it’s been refunded my bank will take 3 days to process it. In my view ones the item is received back and inspected the funds should be released right away, not waiting the standard 14 days.

Just clary, following posting my HONEST review about the time taken to process my refund, I have been bombarded with phone calls, asking me to remove my review! This was after them calling me to apologise and accept that the time scale was unacceptable. They agreed to refund my collection fee of £10 as a good will gesture. Since refunding the £10 I have had multiple calls to remove the review, so much so I have blocked their number!

Below is a copy of one of the messages left on my voice mail

Good afternoon, message for Stuart. That is F@@@@@ here calling. Um, I just want to double check that you have the notification at that £10 collection fee have been refunded. Uh, the accounts team managed to do that the other day for you, um, so I hope now, um, you have now received it and that was a full refund you received of 16999. Um was that in mind? Would you be able to remove the review on trust pilot? Um as we discussed the other day. Um hopefully you'll, you wouldn't mind doing that. That would be much appreciated. Um any questions, obviously, do you give me a call? Thank you. bye- bye.

After deliberating & measuring to make sure I had ordered the correct bar stools for our space, I placed my order. The payment was taken immediately. I checked the status the next day, only to find there was no delivery info. When I called the store I was told my order was “out of stock” & I had the option to choose something else, or wait until stock arrived. I asked for a refund & email to confirm this would happen.
When I pressed for an indication of when the refund would reach my account, I was told it could take up to 2 weeks just to be processed, then however long it takes the banks to clear it.
The fact is that the website is misleading & does not give any indication as to what the stock numbers are, so your time is completely wasted making a choice. Your money is taken, then you are expected to do the chasing up of the order or refund.
The time scale of the refund is only just within the law & not acceptable as an example of good customer relations.
For these reasons I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, customer friendly experience.

I would advise potential customers to check how many “unprompted” reviews are positive, as these are highly suspicious. Every fulfilled order would be offered the opportunity to leave a “prompted” review if they were genuine.
Points raised by their response:
*Stock levels are NOT indicated on the website.
*The “out of stock” email is sent from a different email which modern technology spam filters place in the “junk” folder.
* If you’d don’t find the “out of stock” email & do not make your own enquiries, you will not receive your refund automatically.
*I would strongly advise potential customers to take their time to read ALL reviews & consider how many have a similar thread of complaints. This is not coincidental.

Easy to purchase, excellent communication regarding delivery. Have just put them in place at our holiday let. They are incredibly comfortable and hope they are super durable - they certainly seem it. Thank you for a very easy and smooth buying process. Would definitely use you again.
