Baron and Cabot has built my confidence to do business from online links. I am Nigerian and being very traditional, I was initially doubtful but found out this was a genuine business. The team of Jason Tucker and Will Lyon were very helpful, patient and professional in they way they handled my transaction. If you want to buy property abroad as a foreigner then Baron and Cabot is your solution.

I really really want help to take care of yourself and family

Though I'm yet to transact any business with the company, Andrew Davidson of Baron and Cabot has been really great. He takes his time to explain every detail, the pros and cons involved and goes the extra mile to assist with investments tailored to my pocket. Really looking forward to doing business with you guys.

The company is providing house purchase, rental and mortgage servicing to low-medium-high income customers. Different and flexible house ownership structures and models are on offer. The strong marketing team, and strategy, targeting foreign subscribers as well, is a win. The advice and follow-up is strong. This aggressive marketing drive and business promotion is particularly demonstrated by the company representative, Mr. Andrew Davidson with whom I have been dealing regarding the UK property market. In fact, Mr. Andrew is simply relentless. I highly recommend Baron & Cabot to potential property buyers for its many attractions.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Baron & Cabot and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their services. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Their team of Jason Tucker and Will Lyons really went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their services. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided regular updates throughout the entire process.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They took the time to understand my goals and were able to find me a property that met all my requirements.

Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided by Baron and Cabot. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy property management company. Thank you for your exceptional service!

It was delightful experience to deal with Jason tucker . He made the entire journey very smooth for me as international investor.

The professionalism shown by the team is commendable.

Investing in a new property is a daunting prospect, but with Baron and Cabot, we have had a helping and patient hand to guide us through the process. Having come across them on a recent trip to the UK, we decided to reach out and find out more about investing in property in the UK from Zimbabwe. Jason Tucker responded to the questionnaire we submitted and guided us in a very professional way in finding the right property that suited our needs. Jason and Will Lyons have been very diligent in sending us up-to-date information and photos of the construction of the property. The property will only be ready in the third quarter of next year. We are confident that the rest of the journey with Baron & Cabot will be smooth. In the long run, we look forward to growing our portfolio with them. We would recommend the services of Baron and Cabot to would-be investors in the UK.

I am currently having a real estate encounter with Baron & Cabot and to be honest I was very skeptical about doing this business overseas.
However, to my surprise, Baron & Cabot has really been helpful on my recent experience in property investment in the UK. Most especially, my handlers, Mr. Gavin Lloyd and Mr. Will Lyons, their consistent follow up and willingness in taking time to promptly provide guidance and help all the way is making the process so far smooth and exciting. I am yet to complete the whole process and own the property, but I feel very confident as they are proactively responsive to my needs.
I hope to complete the process soon and would be happy to recommend Baron and Cabot to would be UK property investors.

When I decided to pursue an investment in the UK property market, I went online in search of a legitimate company to help me with the transaction. Baron and Cabot popped up and I filled in a short questionnaire. Jason Tucker reached out to me and carefully provided guidance. Through a series of zoom meetings, he laid out exciting property options for me, highlighting detailed RoI over the short, medium, and long term horizons. Even more importantly, Jason helped me pick a law firm that suited my investment context to help me navigate the mandatory AML and allied checks.

I was impressed with Baron and Cabot's patience and professionalism despite delays from my end. I successfully exchanged contract this January.

I am happy to recommend Baron and Cabot to would be UK property investors for their indepth market analysis and customer service orientation. Jason was especially impressive.

Tom Hepworth has been truly excellent during the selection of the property. His knowledge, support and expert advice has enabled me to make a sound investment decision. I am confident that I made the right choice and look forward to a long-term relationship with him and the Baron & Cabot for any investment in Real Estate.

My husband and I first heard about this company and Tom Hepworth through a colleage, who recommended us to reach out. What a recommendation!! Tom as prompt, friendly and knowleadgeable, not only helping us to find the right investment but to be with us all along the way. We would recommend.

Even after my due diligence the process was more smooth than I had anticipated. I appreciate the way the process was explained/simplified and I was handheld through the transactions by the B&C team particularly Tom Hepworth my points man. Great follow-ups and feedback every step of the way. Did more business than planned because of the ease and will certainly do more soon. Thank you Baron & Cabot and great job Tom H!

Baron & Cabot have been wonderful throughout the process of securing a property in the UK. I did a lot of research before doing business with them and every single information checked out. I would like to specifically recommend Myles Beerman, who is an excellent agent. Very friendly and knowledgeable in the business. As a first time buyer, he made this experience very enjoyable.

Amazing customer service experience with a personal touch all the way.
Myles was the man, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
