The promptness of the staff and readiness with information, makes it very simple and puts one at ease. The first call was from Garvin, and in no time , a Zoom meeting was arranged with Zayn. The meeting was highly informative and an eye opener. I look forward to embarking on my future project with Baron & Cabot.

I have recently worked with Jason Tucker of Baron & Cabot on an investment property. Jason’s professionalism I will say was exemplary, he was able to unpack what will seem a convoluted process into a simple easy to understand process. From his response time, to providing investment analysis on various options and all-around client services was top notch. I will definitely maintain my relationship with Jason and his team as I grow my International investment portfolio.

Great experience all round. Worked with Tom and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. As a first time buyer, he walked me through the process providing guidance and support with constant communication on the process and next steps. Made the process seamless.

This is our first time investing in the UK, it was scary at first, we had so many questions but the team was quite patient. They answered all our questions and also helped us build the trust we needed to start this journey.
They were with us every step of the way, worked with and around our busy schedules- late night calls and zoom meetings- that for me was quite comforting.
From the first meeting all the way to Exchange, they were professional.
Thank you Lauren & Will for helping us throughout this phase.

Kind regards,
Elizabeth

I recently had the pleasure of working with Baron & Cobot Real Estate Agency to purchase a property in the UK, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. From the moment I contacted them, I was impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to finding me the perfect property.

The team at Baron & Cobot went above and beyond to understand my preferences and requirements, ensuring that they presented me with options that matched my needs. Their expertise in the real estate market was evident throughout the entire process, as they guided me through each step with clarity and transparency.

Not only did Baron & Cobot help me find a great property, but they also assisted me with negotiations and closing the deal smoothly and efficiently and even advised me on property management of the property.
Their commitment to customer satisfaction was truly exceptional, and I felt supported and taken care of every step of the way. A big thanks to the team lead Mr Zayn Mahmood he was with me all the way.

I cannot recommend Baron & Cobot Real Estate Agency highly enough for their top-notch service and expertise. If you are looking to buy property in the UK, look no further – Baron & Cobot is the agency to trust for a seamless and successful experience.

At first we were sceptical about working with Baron and Cabot because they seemed too good to be true. They followed up with us, connecting us to alot of project developments to choose from, prepared spreadsheets highlighting all associated costs and stayed with us closely with valuable business perspectives for selection of the property. All their services were at no extra cost assigned to them. At the point of reserving, we requested for referrals so we could confirm they are authentic, which we got.

Moving on after reservation was very swift. More team members were added and the process was like a dream come true. We had our exchange in less than 2 weeks. Thank you to the team that worked with us starting with Sam Egerton and then Will Lyons, they made it so easy for us as international buyers.

I am extremely pleased with the high level of professionalism displayed by Baron & Cabot in making my property purchase in the UK seamless. This experience was fascinating due to manner of approach, indepth knowledge and great understanding of two expectional beings- Mr. Jason Tucker and Mr. Will Lyons. From my first zoom meeting with Mr. Jason Tucker, I was convinced that there was going to be a deal. It took me only three (3) days to settle for a property with Mr. Jason Tucker. Thumb up to these amazing men. I am glad and willing to recommend them to prospective clients.
