Set of suitcases.dont buy!
I purchased a set of luggage in February this year, ready for my holiday, 8th May. I kept them in the box unopened until I packed 2, everything was fine until I got to the airport. The first thing, the badge on the front of the large suitcase had disappeared, leaving holes in the case. Trying to move the cases proved impossible. They kept falling over, locking wheels, it was so hard to move them. I am disabled and you have no idea how hard this was. when we got to the hotel in Spain,the badge on the little case had come off. There is a lock on the top of the case, where you can pick a code to lock the zips. I didn't use this function, but when it came to unpacking, the zips were locked! I had to get maintainence at the hotel to cut the lock! When I checked to see what's up with the wheels, they had worn down, one so bad it's hanging off! I contacted Bargainia. They won't do anything as I should have checked the cases within 30 days of purchase! Even if I had, it wouldn't change whats happened. I have to go home tomorrow with a case with a wheel hanging off, zips that won't shut, and holes on the front.

Unfortunately I still haven’t received my order. I was waiting all evening for my delivery only to receive a message that they cannot deliver today which means I will have to stay all day tomorrow in hope they will deliver. I’m so disappointed
