It would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the delivery company your company used let me done by 3ish hours late for the delivery. Apart from that,I found Bargainia an excellent company to deal with.

Fabulous from goods to delivery
Delivery driver great love my coffee table and side tables. Really good quality better than what I expected as they were cheap I'm over the moon I will be ordering again and would recommend to family and friends

I am very pleased with my purchase from bargania. The sofa is beautifully made and definitely a bargain.The only issue i had was regarding delivery with with Arrow XL.Bargania customer service advised me Arrow will get in touch regarding delivery which they did I chose the date but they did not give me the option of morning or afternoon.I tried to get in touch with Arrowxl customer service but only the whats app messaging available, only 2 replies with request for order number and no outcome all day.Sofas were delivered by 2 nice men but had to be placed elsewhere as my old ones had yet to be collected.Now I have to find someone to put them back to where they should have gone originally all this as I could not get an afternoon slot.Bargania needs to review their choice of delivery company.

Very well made and great value for money …
This is a well made and substantial product . I was surprised at how well made and heavy it was for the money I paid. It looks double the money I paid for it and is portable to move around my garden .

RIP off company-do not use!!!!
We ordered a chesterfield sofa from this company. We were told the sofa comes already assembled and were reassured we would be able to return the sofa if it was not suitable.
The sofa arrived and was not as described nor fit for purpose as it was not a “luxury” chesterfield sofa. It was very uncomfortable and too low.
On the day of receiving the sofa, we arranged for a refund which costs an additional £65.
On return to the factory, Barganina claims the sofa was damaged in transit and the sofa showed signs of usage as there was a minuscule amount of pet hair underneath the sofa.
Despite the sofa being returned under the consumer rights act and evidence to show that the sofa was returned in good condition, Barganina only offered a partial refund. We have lost nearly £200 from this rip off company. Please do not use!!!!!!!

To assist, we arranged the return for you, but unfortunately, the item arrived back with visible signs of use and pet hair. As per our terms, this affected the refund amount, and we shared full details and images with you directly.
We always aim to be fair and transparent, and we’re sorry for any frustration caused.
Sent two different chairs - abysmal customer service
Ordered 2-seater and armchair. Arrow XL did not arrive on stated day with no courtesy call. Arrived next day when we were out and took another week to arrive after that. Then chairs were two different coloured black with different labels on. Their mistake but they insisted the items were returned in original or similar packaging! Try boxing up a two seater which Arrow had ripped all the cardboard off. Took over two months to sort out collection and refund. Abysmal service - avoid like the plague.

Furniture delivery
The chaise lounge was easy to assemble, it was good quality, minimum build and arrived in pristine condition. The delivery was exactly as detailed, good notification and arrived exact when they said it would.

The purchase was great but your delivery was appalling the men were rude I'm disabled and I live in sheltered accommodation and because they couldn't get it in the way they tried they basically dumped it in the middle of the corridor and was abusive to my son when he told them which way to get it in and they can't deny it as two of the residents heard it all and we have cctv all over so was all on camera the parting shot from them was that I would be barred from using you again but to be honest I can't see me ever using your company again after the way I was treated.
