Barcelona City Tours Arvostelua 

I would heartily recommend the Barcelona city tours. We were 4 adults who ordered this tour from home and it worked very well. We took the East tour one day and western tour the next day. We ordered 3 x tickets for seniors and thought we were good. You see a lot of Barcelona and can decide for what you want to explore a little more during your time in Barcelona.

I've taken several tours with Barcelona City Tours and loved each one. All of the guides and drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to many people and would not hesitate to use them again when I return to Barcelona.

We made the mistake of buying tickets before we left home. This was on the Barcelona City Tours website. We paid 59 euros per person, which is about $80.00 per person American! They have you pick a time, which we picked 10:00am., and that wasn't even necessary. We rushed to get there by taxi and you can get on any bus at any time, at any stop. The best advice is to just show up at the city block where all buses originate and come back to. They charge 20 euros per person when you just hop on the bus! The tour itself was very thorough. We only had one day in Barcelona and we felt like we saw the entire city on the Barcelona City Tours bus.

Being in a small group and vehicle made it more personal and interesting to see the highlights of Barcelona. You can then return to the areas that you found more to your liking and explore in depth. Being able to skip the line at the Goudy Cathedral made it worth the entire cost of the tour. People were in line for hours.

Finally I got the opportunity to get behind Las Ramblas after a few short visits to Barcelona. The City Tour took me to places I had longed to see and experience for a long time. Then I read Carlos Ruiz Zafón and found out I had been to some of the places described in his books. Now I must go back, spend more time in Barcelona, and discover more places. This time I am going to by a ticket on the Hop On Hop Off bus that lasts more than one day and get behind the scenes. I also want to see the interior of Gaudi´s buildings and look forward very much to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed Barcelona and this tour provided excellent information and made it so much easier to get to see a wide variety of sights in the short time we had without overload.

it was interesting when we were around the port and around the sea but as you go in the city it is a lot of bla bla and nobody was on the street like no people it was very weird feeling and that voice in your headphones is talking about what that building is after 2 hours we got out because it was almost painful

Barcelona is a considered big city and the interesting places is spreading all over the city. The tour has 2 routes which simply cover almost all of Barcelona's touristic places. All of the buses we took have ramps and the drivers and officers were patient and friendly in helping us to get in/off the bus. Although it's summer and there're a lot of tourists, we always have a place to sit, and the bus was coming every 5-7 minutes. There's strong free wifi connection inside the bus and a very helpful audio guide. The price is cheaper if you buy the ticket for 2 consecutive days. totally recommended if you want to go around in Barcelona without having to use Metro.

The tour was well organised and the guide was informative and easy to understand. It wasn't just dry historical facts - Enrique included anecdotes handed down regarding how the locals were reacting to historic events at the time.

We were very impressed that the tour was not cancelled even though we were the only ones on the bus. So we had a private tour. Sonia our guide was excellent

I thought the tour was very good and Jordi, our tour director was very knowledgeable and had a very nice temperament. I tried to call the office because I had a question. I phoned the toll free number from North America, but it didn't seem to work for some reason. Also, I found the owner of the company to be a bit offish and rude when I had approched him with a query at the tour office. He wasn't helpful and didn't seem to care or treat me like a client. I tried to call the office from North America because Jordi had pointed out the best sandwich shop in Barcelona. I had forgotten the name and wanted to know the name. The phone number of the company didn't work and neither did the email.

Barcelona City Tours was recommended by to me by London Walks-we had a day to kill last year in London and they provided a great tour of their City. I called them and asked if they had an affiliate in Barcelona and without hesitation recommended Barcelona City Tours. My first contact and throughout organizing our private two day tour was with Magda Kuzniar. Magda was very responsive and helped decide on the best tour for our family-wife and 16 yr old son. We spilt this into 2 four hour sessions per day plus lunch-highly recommend otherwise simply too much to digest. Paloma Punsola met us at our hotel exactly the designated time. From there we were in her control-we visited every sector of Barcelona, viewed the "tourist" sites plus visited areas of Barcelona not seen by tourists. She planned both days beautifully plus Paloma simply great person-very easy person to be with; we went to Flamenco concert together one evening. Also, Paloma recommended and took us to great restaurants and made sure to order all the local specialties. HIghly recommend Barcelona City Tours.

We went to the bus stop and the bar code of the voucher on mobile phone was not accepted. We had to go somewhere wher we could email the voucher and print. 40 Minutes lost.
The hop on hop off works perfect. We enjoyed the tour.

We had a good impression of the city and enjoyed the tour.
Very friendly personnel and the stops and starts simply to find.
Again next time!

I booked two day passes for myself and wife with Barcelona City Tours, and found they provided everything we needed. We hopped on and off visiting all the prominent tourist attractions. During the two days we completed both the East and West tours - fantastic !
