Very easy to order and extremely fast delivery. Order was a birthday gift on the weekend so don’t have any feedback response from the person receiving.

Disappointed that it’s not in a gift box
Disappointed that this is not in a gift box
I bought one from another site and it was in a box in a box. As I was buying it for a present this would have been much nicer. Also I feel I was mislead with the crisps. There are only 2 bags altogether and as I recall the advert said 2 of one and 2 of another. I realise now that this was the brand name with the word 2 in it.

Thanks so much for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback—we really appreciate it.
We’ll certainly take a closer look at the outer packaging of the Hawkstone Gift Pack. You’re the first customer to highlight this, so it’s incredibly helpful for us to hear.
Regarding the crisps, the brand we work with is Two Farmers—so that refers to the producer name rather than the quantity of each flavour.
Thanks again for your feedback and for helping us improve.

Excellent as ever. I can always rely on Barbury Hill to process my order quickly and the quality of Jolly Good Brownies is excellent too! At least, that's what I'm led to believe - if only my friends would send them to me as well, I would find out!

Amazing Customer service
Had a great experience with Barbury hill. Placed an order on the Sunday to be delivered on the Tuesday - which it did. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit and arrived broken. I phoned up advising it was a gift for a birthday present, sent them a photo of it by email and they sent a new one which was delivered the next day! Even had a email to check in to make sure everything was okay. Amazing customer service! Thank you!
