AccuGraphiX Arvostelua

easy to use, helpful tech support

Mikel and Tracy have both been wonderful to work with!

AccuGraphiX comes across as detail-oriented and professional right away. The print quality was sharp, and the turnaround time met expectations without delays. It's a solid option when you need reliable results and clean execution.

They are a professional team and always on time. I would recommend using them.

Extremely professional and customer-forward experience. AccuGraphiX walked me through the entire coupon creation process and followed-up through every stage gate until completed to my satisfaction; all in a days work for them.

Same day fast service, great customer service and was shipped and at our door in two days.

We are a medical device start-up. Tracy @ AccugraphiX has been very helpful guiding us thru the (somewhat complicated to us) process of getting our UDI finished and good to go.

Highly recommended!! - Thanks

Super easy to work with and fast friendly customer service! A great company.

Reordering was a breeze! Quick and simple process, follow up call to confirm my order was also very nice!

Starting out, I was sure this was not going to be a good experience because I was extremely irritated that I had to change my process and use a third party to get the UPCs. I WAS WRONG. Tracy and Mikel were so patient and helped me through the sizing. The pressure was on to get it done as quickly as possible, the labels are small and accommodating everything was very challenging. And I had a bunch of them to get done--both UPC and 128s!!! They went wayyyy above and beyond. Thank you both!

100% Customer Satisfaction. Will use them again and recommend them

I had such an amazing experience with AccuGraphiX, and this review is especially for Mikel, who helped me. I had called in with concerns about my project, and Mikel took the time to really educate me on what was possible and what wasn’t with resizing UPCs. The turnaround time was incredibly fast. I had my codes back within just a few hours.

What impressed me the most was their honesty and integrity. I had accidentally paid for the wrong product, and without me even having to follow up, they immediately issued a refund. That level of honesty and customer care is rare.

AccuGraphiX is reliable, transparent, and goes above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be working with them again!

Easy to use website. No fluff. Just the info I need for ordering and reordering my UPC labels. I always get the kindest representatives when I need to communicate with them. They help me get everything I need and communicate when I can expect them. Plus, the printing of the stickers is extremely fast, usually same day or next day if I order late in the day. I will be ordering my UPC labels from AccuGraphiX for the forseeable future.

Extremely knowledgeable. Called me back on a Sunday, shared valuable advice (that saved me money), and processed my order within hours. Certainly went the extra mile in terms of customer service. I don't write reviews often

great costumer service

Haven't received my order yet but so far it's been excellent. I had an issue and support was able to change my order before it shipped. Ordered, processed and shipped same day.

I was so appreciative of the fantastic, quick, helpful service I received from Accugraphix. They were seriously helpful and patient with me. I will definitely being staying with this company for my label needs.

AccuGraphiX has always been there for me! They're so quick to respond and take care of getting a revised barcode. They're my go-to because they're friendly and just good!

Excellent customer service. Excellent product quality, Tags printed percise, very clear and perfectly sized. Tags delivered when promised. Everything was extremely professional.
