I paid express, shipped economy?
for a item I paid express shipping, about 22.50$ to express ship. package not here yet, they sent it economy shipping.

Expected delivery date: 2021-08-25 not received yet.
I just ordered an economy ship item and it was about 2.80$ same fedex smartpost and weighs 3x what the express ship weighed?
I would like a shipping refund, NOT POINTS as I no longer want to shop Banggood.

SALLY your not understanding me! you sent it STANDARD! charged me for EXPRESS! Banggood sent it wrong! This has nothing to do with COVID 19. just cancel 102691916 and recall it as i am contacting my credit card now!

Sally, i just got off of the phone with FEDEX and the have informed me Fedex Smartpost is ECONOMY so why are you charging me for Express 22.50$? you are sending me a different item at standard/economy rate via Fedex Smartpost and charged me 2.80$ for that which is correct,,,,, 22.50$ for the 102691916 Fedex Smartpost/economy is not EXPRESS. This is a matter of doing what is right so would YOU please correct it! I NO LONGER WISH TO DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A TERRIBLE COMPANY .

Una presa in giro. la merce non arriva e a parte della gran pubblicità non ti mandano altre informazioni. Io aspetto un ordine fatto due mesi fa e non so più nulla ne del materiale ne dei miei soldi. Ora ho provato a chiedere un rimborso ma finirà che dovrò rimetterci tutto e comprare su un altro sito. Davvero indecenti.

After 40 days of non-delivery contacted the regular support and VIP support. Both support are not really support but just a bunch of "please wait some more" guys. BG worst service ever..shame on you.

I am surprised at the excellent service and support I got form this company specially after reading the reviews.
I had bought a Honor Band6 that malfunctioned after a few months. All I had to do was to fill out a claim and send them a video showing the issue, they almost immediately responded and offered a full refund, I preferred to receive a replacement Honor band6 instead of the refund which they agreed.
I truly hope that this review will bring to light and amend the bad impression that reviewers have given.

Nie polecam !! Zamówiłem telefon już ponad trzy miesiące temu i do tej pory go nie otrzymałem ! Na pytanie o zwrot kosztów odpowiadają ze przecież go wysłali a ze nie dotarł to nie ich sprawa ! Sam ma poszukać może leży na poczcie albo gdzieś na składzie celnym.

Placed order for item that was showing in stock. A month later the item still hasn't been shipped. Contacted them and they advised they are currently in the process of restocking the item (even though it shows 13 of the item is in stock on the website).
Poor show

Sellers use mis-leading item listings then won't refund properly. Plus they seem to delete questiosn which may highlight misleading content in such listings. Very disappointing.

Ciao a tutti, segnalo che Bangood vende i prodotti come "in stock" e una volta che hai pagato non spediscono perchè "out of stock". Già successo 3 volte, contattati dicono di aspettare 15 giorni e ti regalano dei punti. Peccato che i punti li puoi spendere solo su pochi prodotti non scontati. Un ordine effettuato il 3 gennaio l'ho dovuto cancellare dopo 2 mesi di attesa.

Bought about 10 items over the last year. Only received 6 out of the 10. Virtually no customer service. It is hit or miss when you buy stuff that is shipped from china (as most of their merchs are). When you ask for help, they will reply you will the generic "please contact customer service", essentially put you in a loop of misery until you give up trying. Last item I ordered three weeks ago, the app says delivered but I don't see anything in mailbox or around the outside or inside of house. My loss. I guess I took the risk. Will never be tempted again.

Stay away from this website.Bought an item with 2 years of warranty. Got faulty after 1 year. They accepted the refund but its been almost 45 days and i still don't have my money. Tens of e-mails and all i get is the same answer saying that i got my refund and should wait a little more. How many days is "a little more" they said 2-3 bisuness days at the beginning. After that 15 days and now all they say is just wait. I am never ever buying anything from there from right on. STAY AWAY!

Finger weg! Man bleibt auf dem Garantieanspruch der Kunden sitzen und muss diesen dann aus eigener Tasche bezahlen. Für manche Teile wird lediglich 30 Tage Garantie gewährt. Verkauft man seine Produkte jedoch in Deutschland muss man sich an die 24 Monate Garantie halten, so zahlt man als Dropshipping Händler dann die restlichen 23 Monate aus eigener Tasche. Mir ist das bei einem 300€ Produkt passiert, nach ein paar Wochen bekam ich die Nachricht vom Kunden, dass das Produkt defekt sei. An dem Verkauf habe ich etwa 40€ verdient, nun zahle ich ein neues Produkt für 260€ (ohne Gewinn) und habe somit 220€ Verlust gemacht und zusätzlich viel Aufwand und Ärger gehabt!

Hatte hier gemischte, aber eher negative Erfahrungen. Die Lieferzeiten sind oft sehr lang, vor allem aus China. Manche Produkte überraschten mit einer wahnsinns Verarbeitungsqualität und sogar einer ansprechenden Verpackung. Andere Produkte kamen in zwei Plastiktüten eingepackt an und mit einer Batterie, die keine halbe Stunde hält, was für Bluetooth Kopfhörer natürlich lächerlich ist. Rückversand muss man selbst bezahlen und lohnt sich daher meist nicht. Schlechte Bewertungen veröffentlicht Banggood nicht. Man kauft hier die Katze im Sack. Manchmal hat man Glück, manchmal Pech.
