B&M Waste Services Arvostelua 

I recently phoned B&M services to help remove a large waste bin. Their customer service support team were extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and caring. A date was scheduled to collect the waste and the driver who came, on the agreed date, was so polite, friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with B&M Waste Services and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.

Avoid this company at all cost, customer service is not good and management are shocking. Take money out of bank accounts without invoice and when you request the invoice they produce invoice with same date as payment.

If the office staff were as good as the drivers then this company may run a bit better.

There are better family run businesses out there so please look around before thinking of this company.

Lads always helpful and timely. i have forgotten to put the bins out and they have made efforts over and above our agreement with B&M to ensure collection later in the day. When you rely as a business on reliability from your supplier's its nice to have it. sounds basic but vital. Well done again

B&M Waste is sub-standard. They never collect on time, always late without notice. They charge extra for overweight bins even when we're within the limit. Calling them is useless, no help at all. Prices keep going up without any notice. Avoid them if you can!

Avoid this company. Their contract is two years, it then rolls over and they don’t tell you so you’re stuck for another two years unless you pay to get out of which is 40% of the two year price! If you change your company, they sign you up for a new contract, you can’t stay on the old one even though you’re the same person! They will get you any way they can, like vultures. The customer service is equally terrible, they take 4 days to respond to an email & when you call, no one knows what they are talking about.

Not a reliable waste company, 2 major problems have occured within a few months. On the first occasion they decided to charge us despite the fact they didn't collect the waste and pushed the blame onto us saying that the bin was inaccessible which is a complete lie as the gate to the bin is always open as the lock is broken. After a phone call and 2 emails they finally agreed to schedule a recovery collection. The second occasion they have mixed up our collection dates and when I called the lady on the phone was adamant that we had remembered our collection dates wrong despite us having invoices of the past dates that the bin was collected. So the phone call to customer services was completely useless and now the only thing I can do is dispute with them over email. Terrible customer services.

We are unable to fault B&M Waste Services. Collections are always on time with no issues. We are also looked after by Aimee Barry who has provided us with amazing service and care throughout our contract.

If i could give them a minus i would. It has taken them over 5 months to deliver me a bin and that too they delivered the wrong one. I have been waiting a whole month for an exchange and that still hasn't happened. I have had to call daily to speak to someone and i am still yet to hear back from a manager or higher up.

My order of a skip did not arrive. I ordered it on the 2nd of July and today is the 18th July it has not arrived. I emailed the company several times who had no idea what I was referring to and then stopped replying to my emails. I had started a disbute with the bank to claim a refund.

the 2 stars are for the reliability of the actual service - our 2 biggest bins are collected weekly.
The remaining 3 stars are lost because of the way that B&M handle anything different to the standard service which requires some degree of customer service.
- a smaller fortnightly glass collection was skipped for at least 3 months and we were still charged for it
- when reported B&M basically said tough, we've started collecting it again and it's up to us if we think it doesn't need collecting then we won't and you'll still be charged for it
- my emails were ignored for weeks and weeks until i handed in my notice
- when i tried to hand it my notice they pointed out then when i added glass collection to my services that started a new 52-week contract and i'd missed the notice period so it had another 52 weeks before i could leave
- months later i am still in negotations about a new contract with a better price - approx 1/3 of what i'm currently paying - and response to emails is incredibly slow
- it is especially galling that this better price was not offered to me 8 months ago when i enquired about overweight charges, instead they just tried to upsell me to a more expensive service.

do not use this company, they trick you into supply of more bins than you need, overweight prices that don't even exist and put the prices up without you knowing. very very poor company and i am so gutted i changed to them only through a client who worked for them.

They collect on time and are helpful and cooperative with any additional requests

As a business we are with B&M services for a while now. Communication with the office is great and even better with account manager Cat, much appreciated.
However, cannot praise enough the lads who are doing the collections. Friendly, smiley & always helpful.

Missed collections, missed collection three times to only now be told there using bigger waste collection vans that now can’t get to my shop. The big council wagons can though. Been passed to different people with no resolution!

Contract due to start 2025!!!! Tried to cancel after reading these reviews They want me to pay 40% of what my contract would be even though its not due to start until 2025!
Was told no charges etc, they would handle move over from old supplier and deal with it. Turns out they can not as no one will deal with a 3rd party. So they want to charge me for a service I have not received and a change over they can not help with!
Only replies to email is its in the terms and conditions they want the termination fee.

Expensive and don’t segregate waste, pushy sales tactics and underhand processes. T&C’s check them! You’re tied in forever and a day. Can’t get out for love nor money.

We moved from our current waste contractor to B&M in July last year. Cara has been extremely helpful and is always at the end of the telephone or email to sort any issues.

Really good company - we used their services throughout an office move and they were always really flexible with relocation etc. Collections always punctual and very reasonably priced.

I need a 16 YD skip about every 10 days. In the first couple of months using these guys I haven't been let down.
Easy to order via Andy on the phone, payment terms set up fine and competitive pricing make this a great solution for our waste needs.
Easy recommendation.

Waste of time I wish I had never signed up. Now I have a big bill for bin collection that will never be collected. Stay clear better company's out there.
