B&M Waste Services Arvostelua 

Been working with B&M for a while now, as they look after waste services on many of our sites.

Very rare if we have any issues but if we do Matthew is always on hand to get these issues resolved.

we at the cube have been working with B&M for many years now and hopefully many more. really reliable waste company to work with.

Sarah Sudworth the key Account Manager is always on hand whenever we need something if I could give her 5-star I would.

B&M Waste(Mainly Matthew) have been great to work with and we see this contract as very much a partnership

Recently moved to B&M after being let down by our last waste management firm. Tony our account manager has been excellent in setting up our account and outlining a collection that is perfect for our needs. Highly recommend B&M and staff are profesional and very helpful.

Alice has been amazing helping me reduce our waste costs. Her concise approach made retaining our customer for another year an easy decision for us.

Please be aware that B&M may impose a punitive early exit penalty on your contract.
I signed up initially for a weekly business waste collection in April 2021, then changed to fortnightly collections in September 2021 as we weren't producing as much waste.
I didn't realise at the time, but this variation in our collection schedule triggered a new electronic agreement, with terms and conditions hidden in the small print meaning it can only be cancelled without charge during an arbitrary cancellation anniversary window of 30 days once every year.
Early cancellation carries a 40% penalty. My early exit fee is estimated at >£250 so I'd be paying 40% for NOT getting my bins emptied for 16 months!
It's probably not worth taking legal advice nor risking having them send the bailiffs round for this figure.
This behaviour might be legal, and I regret not spotting it in the small print, but it is sharp business practice that other customers should know about before signing up with B&M Waste.
The lady I spoke to on customer service was very polite but had no power to overturn this rule.

22 June B&M replied "We'll be contacting you today to see if we can work together to resolve this issue for you."

I thought this was positive and looked forward to a useful discussion but the phone didn't ring!
Now it is day later and I've still heard nothing from them. Paying lip service to customer experience doesn't sit well with me. Call me or email me please B&M.

Poor customer services. They don't reply to emails.

Matt has been helping me setup contracts for our new properties nationally for a couple of years now and literally nothing is a challenge.

Matt is always eager to help and i wouldn't go anywhere else.

Matt even helped me at super stressful summer turnarounds and whenever the council collections fail.

Collection teams are great super efficient and helpful.

Great company to deal with. No matter who you liaise with you get great service.

If you are looking for a waste removal firm for your business - steer clear of Bagnall & Morris! If I could put 0 stars, I would!

Spoke to B & M, I have been asking for information on my renewal date from B & M to no avail. The excuse I get is it that the team is "really busy". I finally get through only to be told that it is a rolling 104 week contract and becuse I missed my "Renewal Window" which was last January, I am now in contract with them until 2025. I am totally furious with this piece of news. They put their prices up as and when they please and do not care about their customers, just about how much they can rip you off for!

Jenny & Graeme are really helpful with any issues & their support in our journey to carbon neutral, if they are not available, the customer service team are super-eager to get issues resolved.
Their portal gives me live data on collections, including weights which I find incredibly valuable.

Generally we have good service from B & M though we did have an instance where the reported weight of waste collected did not match actual waste being collected. It was eventually resolved but it highlights importance of monitoring waste notes!

Quick turnaround, great prices - Jack was brilliant getting everything sorted for us and has checked in since to ensure all is going okay.

I have been working with B&M since October, and they are reliable, efficient and value for money. Every time I need something they respond quickly and they always accommodate my requests. Running a venue can be stressful and I am happy that our waste management is something I do not have to worry about. I especially recommend my account manager Cat, who has been nothing but helpful since I met her.
