First I was trying to send the product back so I needed the address to return the product.
The product was safe and clean and I wanted it to work out but due to my sensitivity the cactus moisturizer and 3% Backuchiol Brightening Serum used together was too much for me. After two weeks I definitely knew it wasn’t for me.
Karina and Sarah were so helpful!
First they said, keep the product and told me to do some patch testing to see which one might be causing a problem with my skin.
Meanwhile they refunded me the full amount and sent me a different moisturizer to use with the brighting serum to see if that would help. They went over and beyond.
Which I am grateful they did because I did a patch test on both the cactus moisturizer and the 3% Backuchiol Brightening Serum.
Brightening serum works great by itself so I use it for my night routine along with the eye cream.
The cactus moisturizer was too much and by taking that out of my skincare routine I noticed a difference. I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to know what worked and what didn’t without some guidance and patience from the Bambuearth team.
I haven’t tried the new moisturizer they sent me but once I do I will be sure to post about it.
The brightening serum makes my skin feel so good and I am loving the Castor+Squalane Cleansing Oil as well.
I really appreciate the level of customer service this company demonstrates to their customers.

Never shipped and can't get assistance or refund
I placed an order that never shipped. I've requested a refund twice and cannot get a response. No one responds, but my communications are logged in my account, so they can see them, they just don't respond.
Great Customer Support
I had a few problems with the products (allergic reaction) and wrote to support to tell them and ask what I could do. I got a couple of AI responses that were useless, but I persisted. The support person, Kristin, answered my questions and referred me to the aesthetician. I have been working with her and she sent me a couple of products to try, including one I used from another company! FREE! With her help, I am getting much better results.
Garbage customer service threw products in trash
I reached out after trying to use my credits on Black friday weekend. I tried to give them the chance to fix the mistake on check out. Never got a response. If they can't do right by their customers when they order I dont trust putting their products on my face

Horrible. do not buy from them. Paid expedite charges made two payments and never received the product. There is no customer service phone number, when you email they do not reply.

Even their possible AI attendant reached out and I replied with a question--no response. Then used contact on website--nothing. And there's NO phone number to be found. Oh well. Going to try Purity Woods.
This Bambi earth is a ripoff
This Bambi earth is a ripoff! The sample sizes 44.09, are so small they won’t last three uses. Then they add a membership that was not on the receipt. They manufacturer one later! Ripoff artist! Do not trust your financial information with this company. They will rip you off! Buyer beware!
Best skincare out there!
I've been using these products for a while now, about 8 months. I cannot say enough good things. I had seborrheic dermatitis and rosacea and my dermatologist gave me a prescription for it. It worked but only if I used it all the time. Ugh. I hate that.
Well, ever since I have started to use these products I've had neither show up on my face. Well, the rosacea can show up some but it's dramatically better and usually rosacea is an autoimmune response.
Anyway, I have never liked skin care products. Quite honestly I never even used them to wash my face. Which for a 49 year old woman is probably gross but I just used soap when I showered. Well now I'm excited to do my facial routine. I've got one after 49 years of doing nothing just because of these great products and how great they make my skin feel and look!
Disgruntled, to say the least...
I am a long time customer, since the early days. I have absolutely loved the products that I have purchased and it is that reason the star rating isn't lower.
My most recent purchase is after the new packaging and formula upgrade. I received my products all just fine except for 2. The apple cider toners, I had to order 2 of the 4oz size because the larger economy size was sold out. No biggie there.
The biggie is that I pulled them both out (as well as all the other products) and upon first inspection, I can see that the toners are kind of low, and one moreso than the other. I immediately got on the email horn to talk to their customer service, which had been fabulous in the past. They really seemed to care deeply about the customer back then. It is why I immediately emailed, I thought they would still care for me the same way. First, I got a response asking if there was any leakage. I responded with photos confirming no leaks at all. The customer service is an AI chatbot at this point and says if there are no signs of leakage, then everything is as it should be and, basically, good day. This is definitely a production error. They proceeded to try to tell me this is normal based on their small batch processes and the inconsistencies found in nature. I find that absolutely to be bologna. You have humans working to fill these bottles, they should be filled to a standard and not below, and there should be quality control watching out for this kind of thing. Eventually, I was asked for a lot number, but I am not sure providing that info, that they should already have, will make any difference. They also offered to exchange but said the products may come the same. I find these responses problematic, and just a huge departure from previous experiences with their customer service. What is happening, folks?
I bought the trial size
I bought the trial size, thankfully. It smells like...I'm not really sure. It's almost like an oil smell.
I just couldn't get beyond the smell.
I love the products
I love the products! I wasn’t very keen on the smell of the products as they have a very earthy smell, but it has grown on me. It’s not so bad now. I can tell a huge difference when I don’t use these products on a consistent basis. After using Bambu Earth’s products, my skin is so smooth, less blemishes & breakouts, and very moisturized. Works really well with my makeup application as well. Can tell a huge difference when I don’t use Bambu Earth’s products. Love love love this company & their products.
The absolute best products
The absolute best products. Very clean I can tell the founder has a wealth of knowledge in the repairing and nourishing of the skin and soul with real whole ingredients. Always feel like I am putting on really great high-end products on my skin and in turn feel very empowering. Every product smells and feels like a spa like experience. Highly recommended to any age, if you want to have better skin and support your skin for the best get these products now!!
The cactus moisturizer is insane
The cactus moisturizer is insane! My skin feels and looks amazing. It does what I’d expect a product to do at my age - make me look rested and like I just got back from a vacation. This moisturizer delivers.
Terrible to do Business With
I ordered one item - a new cleansing oil - and it did not work as advertised. Just awful!
I tried to log into my (new) account and it would not go past the login page.
I emailed twice with TERRIBLE response!!
I have received NO RESPONSE FOR DAYS, NOW!!!
I finally logged into using the Shop app to return the item and HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE TO GET THE RETURN AUTHORIZED!!!
There is NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I might have to call my credit card company!!
This is NOT how to run a business!!!
Decent skincare
I liked the result of products but I have asthma and they had too much smell for me. I sent an email to return them and asked for a refund. They immediately sent a refund. Very good customer service. I liked the cactus moisturizer the best. It didn't have as much smell.
The product works for me...love it.
I have been using Baboo Earth for more than a year ... I am 59 years old and this is the best my skin has ever felt and look...it was recommended to me by a friend who I had not seen in a while and I thought she had a facelift only to find out she was using Bambu Earth ...we are both still using the product.
waiting over a month for my order to arrive
I ordered the sample size and really like the ingredients, so I figured I would give the regular size items a try. I ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my products! I have tried to reach out twice with no response. Very disappointed, especially because the products are so expensive, it's not a good look.
Late 50’s, no Botox for me, too cheap for that…
I am in my late 50’s and have noticed some unwanted changes in my skin. Lately I have noticed these fine lines and I think what happened? Anyway, I did a knee jerk reaction after I saw the add and bought the products before reading the reviews. After I read the reviews I was discouraged I didn’t research it first. Well, I received the products and yes, there is a different smell, but if anyone is into essentially oils it’s like a more natural earthy type of smell… it is not a chemical smell, so I could handle that. Anyway, I actually love the product. My favorite is the clay mask and the cactus moisturizer! Wow, I have a dewy clean complexion and really don’t feel the need for makeup other than eye concealer and mascara, which is not like me. I also like the cleansing oil. Yes, I still have the fine lines, but my skin looks good, or a better version of myself. Overall, I am very pleased I did not read the reviews first and made this purchase. Also, I have now been using this product for 3 weeks before writing this review

We bought what was advertised to fit a king bed.
Be advised...it will fit the king bed but it will "roll and ball" up...very poor quality and poor fitting. Buyer beware. On the return fee they will charge you a 10% fee and the freight they paid to ship to you...here's a new flash..they charged me 30.00 for their shipping and when I had to pay to return it to them, it only cost me 16.20 to ship to them so they hosed me out of some more $.
